I believe that ANY LEGAL ACTION that Howard took under the guise of "I am the father" and/or husband between the time of DANIEL'S DEATH until the time that Larry via DNA was declared the father
was both fraudulent and unethical
BECAUSE BOTH HOWARD AND ANNA KNEW ABSOLUTELY THAT HOWARD WAS NOT THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER.
Remember, Howard said that "according to his calendar", he was the father...and that means "biological father"...even going so far as pinpointing Larry's encounters. (Remember, Howard NEVER pinpoints his own encounter)
Howard AND ANNA knew that Howard's claim as the biological father was an absolute lie all along and the proof was in the DNA. And then there's approaching whoever it was who had a vasectomy to be the father. Some guys would have jumped at it. He wasn't that stupid. The Horizons could be easily construed as a "gift" if he did. (Clever try Howard).
Upon DANIEL'S death, Howard's legal relation to estate monies ended "in total". Daniel's guardianship and the distribution of the money to him was Howard's charge under the will "and no more" and Daniel was dead.
The phoney wedding and phoney birth certificate were Howard's way of re-establishing a legal connection to Anna and Dannielynn.
I also believe the call of "Larry was a sperm donor" is likely valid....BECAUSE Howard mentions "a calendar". (Every man does that, right?)
Kinda like Howard saying that "Danny said that he couldn't believe he had a blood relative". (Every 20 year old says that, right)...and Billy and Virgie are blood...
I'd say Milstein was "requested" by Howard....and paid by Howard and Milstein is trying to double dip at this time.
I guess I'm trying to put some logic to Howard's footsteps. The big lie that sets the whole thing in motion is "I am the father".
Why didn't Howard and Anna REALLY get married....BEFORE Dannielynn was born instead of 2 weeks after Danny died?
