It was before E! bought that house in Studio City and Anna was living in a dump.
The neighbor was Rene Navarro. Shown in Hatten’s court filing as “Laborer - Metal Polishing”
Interesting case to read about. The 911 tapes of Howie’s call disappeared you know. Anna would later say she was the one that called 911 IIRC.
