1. If she had gone to the hospital, she would likely have lived BECAUSE they would have controlled the drugs.
2. Chloral Hydrate tastes terrible...No one could have forced her to take it.
3. KE helped him to make his decision.
If something comes out of the Bahama inquiry, he might take another look at his Florida decision.
All those statements say: I don't know what the hell happened. My opinion is my "best guess".
As of the night before she died, (after KE left) Howard and Howard alone is the ONLY one who can say she didn't want to go to the hospital. NO ONE else can say it....because they weren't there and never talked to Anna the night before or on the morning she died.
Saying on Monday that "I don't want to go to the hospital" is good for Monday alone.
Besides, I don't believe either Howard or KE. Moe just went along with the story at the time (after she died) as far as I can tell, i.e., "we were there as friends", I couldn't call 9-11 because of the area I was in...
i absolutely agree with you - good for monday alone. Perpers report says ‘anna’ was ‘told’ to call 911 herself. that’s an important statement imo.
...Moe said she ws watching tv the night before and there had to have been some time that Moe talked to Anna alone for Anna to give him the camera card and the videocam, that an unaware HKS complained Moe ‘took’ and ‘hasn’t given back yet’. She says (hypothetically) take these if something happens to me, and Moe says ok baby btw I have to run an errand have a nice ice-bath? pshawwww
according to Taz, KE was there at least up to around 7pmish, not leaving in the afternoon after all - because Taz described an ‘ice bath’ in progress during her call to Moe, who she said then left 8pm to 10pm.
Sure HKS had a fudiciary responsibility to seek treatment for his ‘wife’. But human decency says so did everyone in that room aware of her condition, including Mark Steines, Ron Rale, Alex Katz/Navarro and anyone else that was in the room or in contact with those in that room.
Nobody, not one soul, dropped a dime to the local police to say, hey, they’re giving this gal ice-baths in a hotel room and I think something isn’t right, can you guys please go check it out? simply tragic!
