Have a feeling it will be a bad one for me. Will write more later. Trying to get my affairs in order. Got sicker overnight and have to take care of some business first, then *turn myself over* to whatever medical people I will be forced to see.

Infection can set in and you might not even know it. You really need to get yourself to a doctor and not just a doctor, a specialist.

If you're not taking your temperature, please do so.

Call a local specialist. Explain the situation. Doctors ARE people and they do care. Try calling a couple of them if you have to.

I understand you are older and in financial straits. Medicaid should cover it but I don't know your entire situation. Regardless, you need some help.
