I found this posted at WS, thought it was interesting.

Playboy Mansion’s Haunted Bash

Goblins, Gremlins and Playmates, oh my! See Paris, Larry Birkhead and more dance the night
away at the mansion.

Winners of the dance contest are Paris and Larry Birkhead.

TS Noel won’t destroy that house, but it could float the boat out to sea, lol. Then we’d know Rove came out of retirement!

Here’s what the gizmo says when I put in the longitude and latitude of Nassau in general. Horizons is on the far eastern side and this is for the airport, where the weather station is. It’s on the western side of the island, but the Coral Harbour house ANS was supposed to buy is near that.

(IOW, Horizons is closed to the storm than this indicates - but that can always change if the path meanders left or right.)

~~~
Results for 25.0N, 77.5W:
The eye of the storm is about 306 miles (493 km) away. If the system keeps moving at its current speed of 13 mph and directly towards you, it will take around 23.5 hours (Tuesday, Octover 30 at 10:30PM EDT) to reach you. Given the current windfield (175 miles from the center), tropical storm winds will be felt in 10.1 hours (Tuesday, 9:06AM EDT).
Results for 25.0N, 77.5W:
The approximate Closest Point of Approach (CPA) is located near 24.9N, 78.4W or about 59.7 miles (96.1 km) from your location. The estimated time of when the center of the storm will be at that location is in about 41.8 hours (Wednesday, Octover 31 at 4:48PM EDT).
I just don’t know how “up” The Bahamas are on their hurricane and tropical storm preps. They don’t seem to be concerned at all - they haven’t checked in to CaribNet and most of the other islands have (and this storm has killed several dozen people already).
Their local weather forecast says “40% chance of rain” for tomorrow, lol.
