Real bad, too bad to talk about, worst ever. Been in tears for 3 days. At my wit’s end. Can’t do anything - grip anything, pick up anything, hold anything, clean anything, cook anything, cut anything with scissors or a knife - just can’t do anything with my hands.

The left was OK till last week, when it broke out, too - then got worse than the right one. Now they’re both terrible. Sorry. Just beside myself.

Another month and I might finally get some checks for the oil price increase (they’re 2 months behind) and maybe I can afford a taxi to a doc, but I just have too many things wrong and can’t pay, so don’t want to go. There has to be a shot or an antibiotic that I could get that would get rid of this forever, but I’ll never be able to find out.

Had been hoping my Walgreen’s would open one of those little emergency clinics, but I’m afraid to go ask in the pharmacy until it’s cold enough to wear gloves and they can’t see this horrible mess.

Won’t have the Case Name List done for the inquest, that’s for sure. At least my house hasn’t burned down and I’m not in Iraq, so I’m better off than many.

Thanks for asking, beautiful! Haven’t FReepmailed because I keep thinking every single day that “tomorrow” will be better. In fact, this had almost gone away when the very worst came around, for no known reason.

No time for “what will people think”. You might need an antibiotic if you wait any longer.

BTW, my post was due to my worry about you. It hurts to know someone you admire is in pain and misery.

I have alot of allergies and I am always breaking out in rashes and hives so I know to be careful about infections.

Actually, one "allergic" reaction turned out to be a probable case of undiagnosed shingles and I suffered excuriating pain for years when my left trigeminal nerve was damaged due to it. Dang it! If I'd known, I'd have went to the doctor and might have avoided those years of pain.

I can imagine how frustrated you are! We’ll try to pick up the slack but we sure do miss your knowledge and hope you get better real soon :) :)
