I don’t think JQ has diabetis. I think he was on a drinking binge. I want him on the case sober but his performance in FL was that of a bungling idiot imo. Not all his fault, Seidlin the crooked rip off old ladies judge couldn’t have been anymore a buy out than if he admitted he was on camera.

I hope the Florida investigation hangs that fool!

I remember something said in that bungled court about him not having anything to eat and Judge numbnuts telling him to eat. He ate something and came back. I agree with you, though, that he does act dumb sometimes, but look at Columbo. LOLL He does too and gets them in the end. O’Q hasn’t gotten as big and rich as he is by being stupid.

The scheduled trial on that charge was delayed when O'Quinn's attorney, Richard "Racehorse" Haynes, told the court his client had broken an ankle. O'Quinn's physician also said the lawyer had gone into a diabetic coma July 9.

I agree with you Nature regarding JO’Q in Florida. Virgie’s law team did a horrible job and I believe they did alot of damage to her credibility. She was broad sided about the question regarding money and it really made her look evasive and as if she were hiding something. The only person who did a good job on that issue was Birkhead. He listed out what he had made (at that time) and that was that. He didn’t sugarcoat it or try to deflect it towards anyone else. I can’t believe Virgie’s lawyers didn’t prep her. And he did screw up on that Dr. Christian(sp) question. Just imagine if he had said her name correctly. That would have opened up a new can of worms and maybe Erosevich could have ended up under oath back then.
