I agree with you Nature regarding JO’Q in Florida. Virgie’s law team did a horrible job and I believe they did alot of damage to her credibility. She was broad sided about the question regarding money and it really made her look evasive and as if she were hiding something. The only person who did a good job on that issue was Birkhead. He listed out what he had made (at that time) and that was that. He didn’t sugarcoat it or try to deflect it towards anyone else. I can’t believe Virgie’s lawyers didn’t prep her. And he did screw up on that Dr. Christian(sp) question. Just imagine if he had said her name correctly. That would have opened up a new can of worms and maybe Erosevich could have ended up under oath back then.
How neither lawyer objected to her having to return to the stand after going to view her dead daughter I will never understand.
I saw it as an obvious sabotage. Seidlin and Milstein should be hung for that one imo. They orchestrated the entire thing. Now Howie doesn’t want to pay them. I think Howie set up the CBS deal for Seidlin aka CBS ET .. Twin Cons! I think Milstein had no business crossing VA either and especially at that time. It should have been handled off camera. What difference did it make anyway? What was the purpose? Seidlin had his mug pushing his air time. Milstein and Howard were chasing their own dimes. What exactly was going to be accomplished for custody of a body by drilling a mom right after viewing the body?
Then.. feeding her to big mouth Barth. All orchestrated to break down an experienced cop imo. I honestly believe that was a set up. Too bad Milstein isn’t paid yet and Seidlin’s deal is falling through. HAHHAHAH! Pardon me while I gloat.
Maybe they rot in hell for what they did to Virgie is my feeling. She was no where near the murders. Sad day when the sicko that is responsible for Anna’s death is treated far better than a mom / grandma that had nothing to do with the two deaths!
