That's the same thing he did in Seidlin's Court. Sip = delayed response = Do I respond or not?

He has a certain gesture...almost like holding a book open...which is when he wants to make a "rehearsed" statement.

I didn't see Larry King...but I'm betting the "open book" gesture is there.
