I think it is because he figured out this judge is not totally convinced. There was something recently that I read that left the thought that this judge wasn’t as willing to push through this will acceptance as HKS would wish. Darn, can’t remember what it was, court papers maybe? Help anyone!
THis might be it: The judge said Virgie would be notified in regard to the will...which means she must have some kind of standing in the judge’s mind.
