I think Kapoor took her down. The warrants at his place are "evidence" AGAINST her.
REmember, we didn't even know about KE as other than a friend...until AFTER Kapoor's picture had been plastered on the web. I believe that was provided by Howard because Shelly wouldn't have known the connection that early.
