Faxes can be tracked. They come over a phone line. It's an easy one "If you can get a warrant". Maybe Shelly has a copy that is time stamped. So, did Howard receive a fax and five days later, Barth got a COPY of the fax. THat seems logical.

When was Barth notified that her services were even needed...because there was a "protest over the body" because it was some time before "Howard knocked on Seidlin's Door in the middle of the night". Let's see the contract between Howard and Barth.

When was the will requested? You just don't send a will when someone dies. IT's NOT the first thing on your mind.
