Under normal circumstances, I agree, it should not have been faxed to Barth on Feb 2. Soo it would be important to establish whether the will was faxed to Barth or Stern? Has that been established?
I just can’t deal with looking it all up right now - I only have 6 days to finish this very long project before the inquest - and my hands are in bad shape, so it’s taking a very long time. Sorry, just can’t get into that right now.
IIRC and thought was odd,
Barth argued SHE the recipient fax had a problem with the date/time stamps. Interesting if not laughable, Rale would jump to it was HIS fax that had never been reset from three houses ago. SO .. that means he was faxing it to himself according to Barth’s logic. LMAO!
