Last time I saw Perper, he was on Rivera's show and he was made to look like a fool. Maybe his day is also coming. Amazing that no one in authority has challenged his autopsy.

Impossible to forensically date that ‘agreement’ imo - how do we know it applies to 2006 - maybe it was from 2005????? IF it exists at all? LB bragged recently that New Years Eve was ‘special’ to him because that’s when he got ANS pregnant. ANS thought she came home preggers with GBen - LB says not only did he get her pregnant the very night she came home, but she had a misscarriage and got fertile all within a few hours apparently. Somebody needs to call the Pope - this is a miracle!!!
Anna doesnt’ strike me as someone who would want much to do with stalkers, especially aggressive stalkers and a double stalker, at that. I bet the real story is in a diary somewhere - ANS wrote them for years and years why no diaries from 2004 on? so all we have left right now is her emails, which tell a totally different story than what LBandHKS are trying to shove down our collective throats.

There is an email attached to a filing by D. Opri of ANS to her girlfriend in S. Carolina. If you go to Opri’s website, you can find it. Anna explains to her friend that when she came back to LA from SC, she was sick. She had the alarms and locks changed to keep LB out. But somehow he got into the house anyway and came to her bedroom and one thing led to another. The date was @Jan 3.
It is possible for a woman to know she has conceived within a day or two if she is sensitive to her body. There are immediate changes in ones physiology that if you’ve been pregnant before you notice.
Moe has given us a new FACT! Hooray! Finally. He said Anna was probably dead early that morning or earlier than reported. He probably heard the EMT’s conferring, and of course his wife is a nurse. Lots of people in that hotel room could eyeball the condition of Anna’s body and take a guess. Even if she was still warm, she could have passed away hours before. Sad subject really.
So that pushes our timeline backward. Some of us have speculated that Anna died around 9 AM (similar to Daniel?). Which would have given Howard time to make a plan and carry it out.
Secondly, Moe said that Howard and Lin Wood are pressuring him to keep “things from coming out”. What things?
Third, if you saw the pictures of Anna’s commitment ceremony to Howard, Moe looks very unhappy and worried.
There is zero doubt in my mind that he will be the next person to fall apart in some way and be unable to testify further to the truth. Poor guy. He blames himself for not taking better care of Daniel and Anna. What a heavy burden to live with.

Who’s user id is this supposed to be? I read the entire list of searches. Do you know the date that E Pierce Marshall died? There were some plane tickets purchased in the middle of all these queries. Some medical queries on the searches. Someone speculated about Marshall’s sudden death from an unusual infection. Just wondering. I’ll go look up the date.
Implausible things are beginning to look plausible.
Just how deep does this whole thing go?
How does Howard make money?
How does Howard afford Lin Woods and all his attorneys? Where is his cash coming from?
Where does he go in his boat the Cracker and for what purpose?
E. Pierce Marshall died from a sudden aggressive infection on June 20, 2006.
One month before,in May, the Supreme Court ruled on Marshall vs. Marshall, Anna’s case. Is there a connection? Would be interesting to know where KE or HKS were in June, 2006.
One last point, for the record. It could be in HKS’s interest for some of Anna’s things to be reported stolen. By the ruling of the Judge in her Probate case, Howard cannot get rid of any of Anna’s things while the case is pending. So if things went missing, they can be sold like the diaries for some quick cash. Just a thought

HA! The *will* STATES???? didn’t we all read that the ‘will’ specifically omitted any future children, known and unknown?
HKS wants us to believe ANS was going to rob Daniel’s trust, invested for him for x-years, to ‘share’ with other children instead of setting up their own trusts with her anticipated future earnings? I’m sure Daniel would have said something about that!
Is HKS saying that, dying intestate, Daniel’s trust would go only to ANS? Wouldn’t it be, 50% to his father and 50% to ANS, as closest blood relatives? then DL would get ANS’s 50%, but Daniel’s father is still alive for his 50%? IMO
HKS had 4 months to advise ANS on a new will - in that time, he advised her on burial plots, Appeals Court appearances, on interviews, on picture/video sales, on supposed trips to dubai, on contracts with Trimspa chocolates and water, on publicity appearances, on legal bills, on autopsies, on ‘purchases’ of homes and boats - and we’re to believe that HKS forgot, to mention a will?????? ANS didn’t want to make a new one out, I’m guessing!
ANS knew what she was doing - DL was precluded on purpose! ANS told more than three! people she thought her life was in danger and she knew LB was coming after custody since April ‘06!!!! IMO MOO IMO

the last time I saw an interview about LB’s sister, she was positive about VA being part of DL’s life, recognizing VA as DL family ‘too’. Has she interviewed since then?
