I'm still thinking that if one parent is deceased, the game changes. I'll dig around and try to find some Calif case law for us on the topic :)

Tony asks Moe if stern’s behavior was suspicious> Moe says his wife thinks so.
Moe has taken a beating about not calling 911. He regrets it. Wishes he did not called stern first.
Biggest misconception about Anna is that she was NOT an out of control junkie. She was a grieving mother. stern and birkhead both gave Anna drugs. Moe was mad when he saw birkhead’s testimony in FL because he gave her drugs too.
They contacted birkhead and he said Moe has no credibility
Thanks for setting me straight. I thought Moe was going to do the right thing now and turn on Howard. If I remember correctly Tony Potts did a teaser and asked Moe if he was going to sue Howard. That should be on tonight. I don’t get it until 12:35 a.m. so have to tivo it. I still hope Moe will do the right thing, but maybe not. I wonder how much Access Hollywood paid for his interview.

According to HK$ Moe is a thief and a liar.
According to LB Moe is a liar.
According to Tas Moe was set-up.
According to Moe he loved Anna, he feels guilty, he believed HK$, he has told what he believed to be true, he regrets he may have misspoken and been misled. He is not a thief, a lawyer, a doctor or a sperm donor

oh, no, I’m not disputing in any way, that ANS has a ‘history’....I’m not even disputing any of those who, thinking that ANS had committed suicide (thanks to HKS/KE/LB propaganda), came immediately forward to relay their ‘drug tales’ to support the ‘suicide’ talk immediately following ANS’s death.
my premise is that, from July ‘05 forward, ANS had turned over a new leaf - her closeness with Daniel during that time (contrary to what LB and HKS has told us which has been contradicted by photo evidence), her closeness with the Shelleys and GBen, Goen, Gibson’s, etc. Their growing influence on her was counteracting HKS’s influence. July ‘05, LB was stalking ANS - stalking means a big rift!
LB testimony that ‘she had cleaned up’ by Jan 1st when he claims she bedded him voluntarily, also his ‘story’ about Valentine’s day ‘skin was different, everything was different’. (I say story, because he contradicted himself when he said that when they broke up, ANS said she had a secret and he’d ‘be sorry’ and he found out ‘later’ she was preggers, which tends to discredit the Valentine’s day stuff)
I’m holding my opinion that ANS turned over a new leaf and, had, ‘cleaned herself up’, and I’m holding my opinion that the ‘detox’ was also a big fat story, until either a hair test or hospital records, verifies or contradicts that opinion. I don’t dispute, however, that anytime HKS/KE was around, ANS was ‘dispensed’ mind-beding drugs :) IMO MOO
Moe’s life is in turmoil. He’s not a very bright man. He often appeared as if he was hiding something and maybe he was. He was probably intimidated by Howard and toed the line - hell think about all the muckety mucks who are still *with Howie*. All the judges, lawyers, Brikhead and some of the victims.
We have heard nothing from the Kentucky family - have they stopped with the cute family photos? Did they attend the birthday party for their BLOOD relative?
Let’s back-off Moe - his big ol’ heart is finally catching up to his better angels. I will keep praying for him.
Anna Nicole’s Bodyguard Big Moe: On The Record, Part II
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (October 18, 2007) – Last week, Howard K. Stern denied accusations he gave Anna Nicole Smith cocaine. Now, Anna’s longtime bodyguard Big Moe paints a different picture.
“Did you ever see him give her drugs?” Access Hollywood’s Tony Potts asked.
“Since we’re being truthful here, yes I have,” Moe said.
“Did he lie?” Tony asked Big Moe.
“He lied about that,” Moe said. “He can’t refute that because I’ve been here all the time.
Drugs, lies and regrets are just a few of the shocking claims unleashed to Access by Anna’s former bodyguard.
“Did you ever see Howard administer anything via needle?” Tony asked.
“Yes,” Moe said.
“What did Howard say was in the needle he was giving her?” Tony then asked.
“B12,” Moe answered.
“Did you believe him?” Tony asked.
“Yes, on some occasions, yes I believed it was B12. On occasion it was something else,” he said.
Calls made to Howard regarding Moe’s drug allegations were not returned.
As one of the last people to see Anna alive inside Florida’s Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Moe confessed that several bad judgments by those around her, may have played a role in the former playmate’s untimely death.
“Do you blame Howard in part for not only Anna’s death, but for the way she lived her life in the last six months?” Tony asked.
“I think we all kind of helped her along so he had, yes he had a part in it too,” Moe said.
“So Howard had a part in Anna’s death, you had a part in Anna’s death?” Tony asked.
“We all have,” Moe replied.
In the days leading up to her death Anna had been suffering from flu-like symptoms.
On the morning of February 8, she did not leave her bed and appeared to be sleeping. While Howard was out closing a deal on a new yacht, Moe left Anna with his wife, a registered nurse, while he ran errands. Shortly after it was discovered Anna wasn’t breathing.
“Did Howard transact or do anything that day that seems out of character [on the day Anna died]?” Tony asked.
“My wife was there and she really thinks there were weird things going on,” Moe said.
“Take me to the moment you get a call from your wife,” Moe then asked.
“I got a phone call saying that something wasn’t right, Anna’s not making no noise, and I can hear her going ‘Anna, Anna get up! Anna’s not breathing I need you to call 911 right away,’” Moe said.
Moe did not call 911 first. He called Howard.
“At a spur of the moment you do things again that you regret,” Moe said. “That is something I regret. I should not have called Howard first. I don’t think it would [have] made a difference. I hear some reports that she could have been down since early that morning.”
“What is the biggest misconception about what happened on the day that Anna died that you would like people to know?” Tony asked.
“That she was an out of control druggie,” he said. “She was not an out of control junkie. She was a woman who was deeply depressed.”
Unable to recover after the tragic loss of her son Daniel, Moe said Anna turned to medications as a crutch.
“She had her medication that [were] handed to her, that she was helped [in taking],” Moe said.
“That was by whom?” Tony asked.
“It was usually by Howard,” Moe said.
According to Moe, it wasn’t just Howard who helped Anna get medicated.
Moe claims Larry Birkhead would assist her while the two were dating.
“I got more upset with him when he was in court and he said all these things about how he was trying t get Anna off drugs,” Moe said. “There were times that he would give her things to make her look or seem very out of it.”
“Such as?” Tony asked.
“Let’s just say that everything made her tipsy and [it] wasn’t always the champagne he was giving her,” Moe said. “I’ll leave it at that.”
When contacted by Access, Larry Birkhead said Big Moe “has no credibility.”

I wish there was some way to get Moe and his wife into protective custody until the inquest into Daniel’s death is over, and there has been an investigation of ANS’s death. HKS and LB will be, hopefully, behind bars! There are too many people willing to do HKS’ bidding, and I’m afraid something might happen to Moe and they will swear it was an accident.
How can HK$ be allowed to continue as executor of DL's estate since he is a person of interest in Anna and Daniel's deaths, perhaps involved with LB, and now implicated in Brown's investigation? Of all people, HK$ and Dr. E. should have no contact with DL.
I hope and pray something comes out of these warrants.........something that will put them behind bars for a long time....it will be impossible to be executor of an estate behind bars.
There have been at least two suspicious deaths already. There is reason to fear for the eventual safety of DL.
Agree with you fully on that Jane. Something needs to be done to protect Dannielynn sooner than later.
