The heroine to the rescue was Greta getting Nadine “On the Record” with the audio of the phone call ET played to PROVE to everyone that we had evil thoughts about their star headliner (lol) boys.

Lawyers for Dr. Khristine Eroshevich — the psychiatrist who is accused of prescribing a laundry list of meds to Anna Nicole Smith — were in a Los Angeles County Court today to appoint someone to review all the items that were seized in last week’s raids by the Department of Justice.
The so-called Special Master will review all the items taken from Dr. Eroshevich’s home, office and other locations and make sure there was no “inappropriate seizure.” In addition, the judge signed several additional search warrants — what those are for, we don’t know. They’ll be back in court December 5.
Several agencies conducted searches last week in connection with the Medical Board of California’s investigation into whether Anna Nicole was overprescribed medication.

NEW YORK, NY (October 17, 2007) – For years, Big Moe protected Anna Nicole Smith and fully supported Howard K. Stern. Now, days after an investigation was opened into the death of the former Playboy playmate, Big Moe tells Access Hollywood, he feels betrayed by Howard.
“It’s gotten to the point, where I had to say something,” Big Moe told Access Hollywood’s Tony Potts on Tuesday. “I’ve been called a thief and that angers me. . . . I’ve been harassed.”

Once singing praises for Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole’s longtime bodyguard Big Moe, now claims Howard is launching a smear campaign against him.

“Has there been pressure on you in the last eight months from Howard to keep you quiet?” Tony asked.
“It hasn’t been just Howard. Of course, they don’t want nothing coming out,” Moe said.
Last week, Stern appeared on the “Larry King Live” show alongside Lin Wood. Moe claims Howard insinuated he leaked recently released photos of Anna, including one, where she appeared to have vomit, dripping down her chin.
“He’s gotten on TV [and] called me a thief and a liar,” Moe said. “[He said he] knew I was distributing pictures that should have never been taken in the first place of Anna.
“It’s like a diversion tactic to me,” Moe continued. “Instead of suing and trying to find out who’s selling pictures and who’s calling you gay . . .” he trailed off.
As for those allegations within Rita Cosby’s book, which claim Larry Birkhead and Stern were lovers, a claim they both deny, Moe, who has worked alongside Stern since 2003, said he never saw anything of that nature.
“I never saw a video, but I can’t be sure it didn’t happen,” he said. “I’ve never seen it.”
“Did you see any behavior that would suggest Howard is gay?” Tony asked.
“I have never seen any behavior that says Howard Stern is gay, but you know, I’m not with him 24/7,” Moe answered.

Some items seized in raids of Smith docs turned over to LA court

LOS ANGELES—California authorities have turned over to a court some of the items seized from Anna Nicole Smith’s former doctors in raids last week.
Wednesday’s handover is standard procedure following searches involving doctors and others with privileged information, said Sandi Gibbons, a district attorney spokeswoman.
After a medical professional’s office is searched, a special master appointed by the court reviews the items and helps ensure authorities didn’t seize materials, privileged or otherwise, not covered by the warrant. The doctors’ attorneys will have the opportunity to challenge the seizure of these items.
California Department of Justice agents brought boxes containing some of the items to the Los Angeles court of Judge Larry Paul Fidler, a court official said. A hearing in the matter was tentatively scheduled Dec. 5.
On Friday state agents raided the office of Smith’s psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, as well as the home and office of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who prescribed the painkiller methadone to Smith shortly before her February death from an overdose. She was 39.
Messages left with attorneys for Eroshevich and Kapoor and with a Justice Department spokesman were not immediately returned.
State Attorney General Jerry Brown has said his office began investigating Kapoor and Eroshevich after he discovered the two combined to prescribe more than a dozen drugs in the days before Smith’s died in a Florida hotel.
He has declined to speculate on what charges the doctors might face if it is determined they improperly prescribed drugs.

In April of 2007, just weeks after a German businessman paid US$500,000 at auction for the journals, an unnamed buyer picked up the items for an undisclosed price on eBay. His goal: to resell the items in Dallas, Texas, Smith’s native state, and spin even more cash out of the tragic woman’s belongings.
