Donald Hogan died this past week of lung cancer. Apparently Howie had no hand in it. He was several weeks at a hospice and wanted to see his granddaughter. The family tried to contact Larry Birkhead several times. Of course, Larry boy was not about to do a dying man any favors.

Thanks Sod..Wow....wasn’t there some posts on this thread long ago that speculated that Pierce’s death may not have been completely natural. Something to do with the medication. I’ll try to see if I can find it.

I totally agree Sod~~!!! I always felt there was something way to coincidental for Pierce Marshall, Danny and Anna Nicole to all die within less than a nine month period of each other. Very strange.

The report I heard on Fox News, indicated Pierce died of natural causes, which was NOT true. He died from one of those hideous infections - can't recall the name - something like sepsis. I actually suspected the demon Stearn of slipping it to him by some sort of diabolical plan. The odds of all 3 deaths associated with soooooooooooo much money within months of one another was very suspect. The promise of that kind of big money most likely got the creative criminal mind of Stearn in overdrive. I hope he doesn't get by with what all his has done, including the hateful way he treated Anna's Mom. He and the donor make a great pair in crime. Sickening.

One more thing... Remember the guy in prison who said he was almost killed by Stearn and his gang. His ordeal even included the infamous ice bath.

yes, and I recall we were also discussing Eroshevich and infectious agents - there was some sort of coincidence between rare infections in the Vets she saw in her practice and the infection that Marshall’s son died of, iirc.

TMZ reporting that Mark Hatten is claiming that ANS was “begging with me to kill E. Pierce Marshall” claiming after her husband died, Pierce was “standing in the way of her money.”

Hatten also claims that he was the one who went to Pierce’s attorney about the plot.

Oct 1, story at TMZ says that the preliminary hearing on trial of HKS et al, will have 60 prosecution witnesses/30 defense witnesses - preliminary hearing to being Oct 13th.

reaching back into memory - there was a pharmacist who contacted a university expert who conference-called with HKS, Eroshevich and iirc, Anna herself, and warned them jointly and separately that the drugs Eroshevich was attempting to obtain were a ‘death cocktail’ - iirc, this was approximately shortly after Daniel had passed, about the time the deal on the bahamas house was in turmoil and ANS was househunting for the ‘pink house’ and having her electricity shut off - possibly around the time of the clown video?

As Pepper pointed out, Pierce Marshall did not die from natural causes. Would be interesting to know what the tape recording revealed, which were not included in the released material.

What a surprise that ANS rarely spent any time with the old guy after their wedding and constantly demanded money. NOT!

Birkhead Star Witness In Howard K. Case

We’ve learned Larry Birkhead will be called by the prosecution in the Howard K. Stern preliminary hearing that starts tomorrow — and we’re told his testimony will center on Anna Nicole Smith’s drug use.

Birkhead has said in the past — when he was at war with Stern — that Howard K. helped fuel her drug addiction. What will be especially interesting is whether Birkhead backs off the story now that the custody battle is long over and he and Stern have an alliance and now work together managing Anna Nicole’s estate.

Birkhead’s testimony could backfire on prosecutors if he says some of the statements he made were in the heat of battle.
