the only reason I'd like to see the will thrown out as completely invalid is so that the listed executors are also thrown out - Dannielynn needs new executors, far far away from those in Anna's life imo
well, seeing Ms. Thompson is an officer of the court, certainly she can be compelled to appear before the judge to explain the absence of her clients - her presence at the inquest initially indicated that she was expecting to participate - so let her participate - in person, under court order to respond to the court :)

I have little tolerance for downright mean people - Virgie definitely showed more self control then I would have been able to muster - I'd have rearranged Bonnie's hairdo and her keester during the funeral, and anyone who came to her defense, too lol :)

I agree with you that the pills could have at least be manufacture-matched if not batchmatched. i looked up at one time i think there were two raw suppliers, and just three manufacturers in the usa - each would use their own tracers i’d imagine. I’d go so far as to guess HOwie gave some thought about planting them, realizing at the last minute it’d be easy to match them and so they were flushed. I can envision a scenario where FS turned his back to catch the pants, HKS dug in his own and had them in hand...and the ‘two [phantom] valium’ rumors were a cover-story for the two pills howie flushed (don’t think they make valium in ‘white’ ). imo jmo
recalling a greta interview, the pills fell out of the pants that were allegedly tossed up to FS/HKS on a upstairs patio/balcony by GBen from GBen’s van after HKS asked for them(?)
What we don’t know yet, is, what contained the pants? backpack? suitcase? something else?
was it from Daniel’s backpack from the hospital room (if he took it up to the room), and why wasn’t that kept by the police if there was a backpack at all?
and how did it end up in the rental(?) van?
why didn’t Howie put it in his own car? along with Daniel’s suitcase?
why were just the pants thrown up? What conversation took place on the way back to the Horizons from the hospital, that rationalized to FS/GBen, the reason to toss the darn pants up to begin with?
who caught the pants? was FS’s back to HKS at the time?

re: ‘ditto Dannielynn’ - goodness, I sure hope not! Hospitals these days are very dangerous places for babies/toddlers/children - full of drug-resistant nasties - one should always go to a doctor’s office or urgent care clinic instead of an ER if at all possible imo

NOTE: 8:00 am would have been about the time Daniel transpired (5:30ish plus 1/2 hour to drowse out, plus 2 hours of coma before respiratory arrest)
at 9:38am, the nurse was summoned to the room; code blue was called 9:40am

The 8:00 phone call does not appear in the testimony. Someone just wrote it in. It’s so important, it wouldn’t be redacted from all the other reports. TIME is and has been the crux of both deaths.
Daniel must have been given the superdose right after his mom had blood taken at 5:30. He probably drank it and that's why I was interested in the cups that were in the room when the medics arrived. There had to be traces in/on a cup someplace AND HOWARD'S HANDS.
INTENTIONAL is the big word in all this...AND that Daniel was obviously not a user of Methadone.
I’m having a hard time believing these articles that spell Hearn’s name as “Hern.” What other easy facts have they not checked?
I haven’t figured that out, either. Maybe GBen’s watch was still on SC time and was showing an hour earlier than Nassau time?
(I think they are on the same time zone time, but not if Baha’s doesn’t do Daylight Savings - but then they *would be* the same. He said they flew in, flew out, flew back, so I doubt he changed his watch. *oh well - it was just an idea to throw out there*)
Why did Howard close the door to flush the two pills?? Did he add a few to the flush...like what he had on him? Is Howard on Methadone...I thought I remember Rale say that Howard had an old football “back” injury. He does look too mellow most of the time.
