Who are the Biddies?
The Biddies are a group of Virgie supporters, named by the anti-Virgie people on TMZ. There are many of them but only 2 of them went to the Bahamas to accompany Virgie and to let her know that she is not alone.She did feel like she was alone in this fight. They wanted to make sure she knew there were lots of people out there fighting for Justice for Daniel and Anna.
They went to the “Dinner” with Virgie, Don and McCabe. They also took Virgie to their room so she could talk to us in our chat room. Virgie had a great time thanks to Einstein and kerry. They also went to the Inquest with Virgie and Don and McCabe. They wore their yellow ribbons. So did Don. Not sure if McCabe did. This is just a summary of their trip, there is a plan in the workings and when we get it all together I will come here and tell everybody what it is, can’t post it in the open forum though so I’ll have to PM somebody.
That is so nice JusticeDenied.Be careful what you put on any forum for the plan.If you can, tell the Biddies to tell Vergie she and her family are in my prayers.

Oh, I just remembered a sorta off-topic question I’ve been meaning to ask *somebody.*
To Anyone in Winterland - why do people wear those winter knit caps with the “pigtails”?
I “don’t get out much,” to say the least, and don’t ever shop anywhere that sells any winter clothes - and no one here ever wears them, so I’m really curious.
And this *does* kinda pertain to Anna, since she wears one of those stupid things in Illegal Aliens - at least, I think that’s what it is. (Is it?)
Can someone tell me what they are and *why* people wear them - is it just to look goofy? Thanks in advance!

Judge Chin Troubled by Lin Wood Release of Cosby Deposition to Bald Truth

In a Memorandum and Order drafted by Judge D.J. Chin, the presiding judge over Howard K. Stern vs Rita Cosby and Hatchette Book Group, Judge Chin admonishes Howard K Stern attorney Lin Wood for “leaking” the Rita Cosby deposition to artharris.com.
Howard K Stern was granted a deposition with Rita Cosby concerning his defamation lawsuit against her for the publication, Blonde Ambition. Rita through her attorneys filed an “instant application” that her deposition be sealed. Attorney McNamara cited her reasoning due to the “circus-like atmosphere in this case consistent with other cases that Mr. Wood has brought”.. That request was being considered by Judge Chin.
In the meantime, Attorney Wood agreed to not release “the written stenographic transcript of the deposition until Judge Chin rules on Defendant’s motion, if filed”.
Lin Wood had filed an emergency discovery motion in Texas, “in connection with a deposition of a witness to show that she had provided Ms. Cosby with information. The pages that were filed related directly to that witness only”. With his motion, he attached the 17 page rough draft of the Rita Cosby deposition.
Woods substantiation for giving the 17 page rough draft of the deposition to Harris was that he filed it in the Texas case.
Judge Chin writes, “In view of all the circumstances, and in light of the representations made to the Court, I am troubled by Mr. Wood’s providing of the deposition excerpts to Harris — even assuming the excerpts were a matter of public record. Mr. Wood’s assertion that he did not “leak” the documents to Harris is debatable, and at a minimum he is parsing his words too finely. Even if he did not “leak” the documents, he released them to Harris. Even if the documents were a matter of public record, they were part of a 245 page document filed in Texas in connection with an emergency discovery motion, for a lawsuit in Florida to which Cosby is not a party, and it is highly unlikely that Harris would have known of their existence or availability absent some communication with Mr. Wood or his office”.
Judge Chin writes of additional instances that Wood agreed not to release the deposition even though he already had done so.
Judge Chin’s admonishment is here for you to read in full. The Judge issued the requested protective order adding that the deposition may not even be filed in any court without express permission.

Yes, it was shocking, but not a total surprise. I got on the live thread after I saw it on TV.
She knew it was inevitable, but seemed to be at peace with her choice to fight for freedom.
Before I forget, which I almost did, they had a “Dannielynn’s Christmas” report on ET this evening.
According to just a narrative they did, no photos or video, LB took her to KY and they had a pink Christmas tree for her. She got a Tickle Me Elmo; a Count von Count (van Count?), her favorite toy; a cashmere Hello Kitty sweater; one more thing I can’t recall; and a framed photo of ANS with Daniel - the same one from the 1st BD party).
I was wondering if they just stayed in KY after LB’s dad’is funeral or if they went back and forth. At least he wasn’t the pap who spent Christmas night at The Peninsula hotel with Britney.
Cool! 2nd time this month I’ve gotten to say “yea, Judge Chin!” First time was with the sentencing of Oscar Wyatt.
What no visit from HKS? He must have been a busy boy with the lawsuits.
