Yep, butterfly is already saying that Howard was asleep at 2:38 am.

No, the clip I saw was Anna in casual clothes and no make-up, Daniel in a shirt and jeans. They were right outside what looked like a gift shop, like a hospital one - but that may not have been what it was. It was less than 1 second, I would guess.

I take it “butterfly” is some pro-Howie person? How would it be deduced he was asleep when there are other options?

Like, Howie wasn’t there - which we already had heard rumored - or Howie is lying because his whole purpose in life is to pretend that he never, ever had left Anna’s side at any time in the past almost-decade.

(Which means he gets Marshall “brownie points” with God, ya know.)

I read a few posts of "butterfly's" the other day, and she is definitely pro-Howie. IMO, she is so much pro-Howie that she wouldn't accept the truth about him if it slapped her in the face.

Is HKS using the film "Illegal Aliens" to support his claim that the 'clown video' was Anna acting the part she played in the film? I believe if he continues to try to use that excuse, it can be proved to be a lie. His comments to her during the taping of the clown video are not those of a man speaking seriously or intelligently to a mentally fit woman who is just acting.

2:28....Hmmm...interesting...So was Howard alone in Anna's room then?? Was he cleaning up?? Food wrappers and stuff where traces of powdered meds might be found?

If he went out for food at 12:50 and returned at 1:34...they chowed and then went for a walk?? Usually one gets logey(sp) right after eating. Did Howard encourage the walk? Whoops...both other witnesses are dead.

Well, maybe Howard slipped up when he admitted that he didn't know Daniel and Anna had walked the halls?

I think it lends more credence to his being absent from the hospital from about 2 am to 4 am.

I doubt Daniel and Anna were that quiet leaving and entering the room for Howard to claim he was asleep during their walk. Didn't Anna have her I.V. still in her hand at the time? Wouldn't she have been pulling around an I.V. stand? I don't know how long women have I.V.'s after a C section. I never had one.

The show re-runs about 1AM or so tonight, I think - maybe not on Fri nights, tho. Anyway, if it does, I’ll watch again and see what that clip really was. Maybe it was from some other time and they were trying to make us think it was the hospital video as they talked about it.

If so, they could’ve fooled me again! They always do, because I don’t think like the liars they are. I *try* to anticipate it, but they’re always a step ahead of me!

Did you get to see it? See? She has on a black outfit, her hair is done, and pulled back into a ponytail and her make up is on with red lips. Anna would probably have been in her hospital gown with maybe a robe and would have still had that thing on her hand, the I.V. thing like in the pictures of her and Daniel. Her hair would have been down and not in that...well...like of like a beehive or bump of hair on top, kind of to the back with her hair then pulled into in a high pony tail.

I stopped the tape and advanced it frame by frame but couldn't figure out where they were at. A fancy hotel corridor or a fancy hospital corridor but I'm pretty sure it's not the hospital tape of when she had Dannielynn.

I think ET pulled a fast one again. I just can't see Anna getting up and getting that dressed up and moving that well after a C Section.

All right - it was old footage, not the hospital tape. Sorry. I saw the re-run and it was Anna with Daniel shopping somewhere - she had on the navy blue nautical pantsuit I’d seen on her before. It has the gold buttons and braid like an admiral’s uniform.

I still didn’t hear the 2:28 time or any time at all because I was concentrating so hard on not missing the video clip, lol. Also trying to rate Howie’s eye rims for redness factor, about a 6-7 this time - *I’ve seen him much more impaired than that*!

Yeah, I saw it - just posted about it. I’d seen that outfit before, so that’s footage that was shot at some time when she was snapped for something else.

I don’t think her husband is under investigation, is he? Anyway, without actually delving into it, the first time I saw it, I figured they just have the ownership of their house in the name of a trust.

A large percentage of the people I’ve sleuthed have them, especially younger couples under about 40 or so. You can almost always see a history, lol, of a couple about to divorce, if they didn’t buy the house with a trust to begin with.

They create one (usually means one of them is talking to an attorney, lol) and a year or so later, you see real estate being bought and sold in their separate names. However, most couples, especially in CA, buy the house with a trust in place already, nowadays.

It’s just a tax, legal thing - so that each is an individual owner of the home, as a trustee of the trust. The house is the only asset of the trust - it’s not a “fund” as such.

Hmmmm, I didn't look at Howie's eyes. I need to start paying attention to that. I just want to hit the TV everytime I hear his monotone voice.

I really didn't think that he and the two men with him looked very happy when their picture was taken at that film festival showing for Anna's film. Howie looked like deer caught in headlights to me.

Yes, I’m sure Howard is letting everyone know that Anna was just making fun of *herself* in the clown video, just as she was in the movie.

That’s probably what she had been doing for years, pretending to be drunk, pretending to be drugged out, pretending to pass out, pretending to grope strangers. Yeah yeah, that’s the ticket.

Well, now that that’s all out of the way, why are we supposed to find this surveillance video “startling new evidence”?

Or, let me re-phrase that - why is Howie saying this is “shocking” and “startling”?

Just because he was pretending to be asleep when it happened? I wonder how much Munroe paid (or what misdeeds he alluded to, to intimidate them) the other witnesses not to appear - the ones who actually saw the rest of the surveillance tape and also noted HKS’s departure and arrival later on the night shift.

Are we supposed to think Anna took him around and then fed him some methadone, a whole bunch of methadone?

The clown video is a good display of how ET works. They cut up the video and you see what they want you to see. As far as I'm concerned and because we know where their loyalty lies....what we see is called "brain washing".

Only a video which has not been tampered with is valid and even that can be phoney because taping can be stopped, omitting parts of a continuing scenario, and restarted.

What we do know for certain is that Howard had a "motive" behind each tape he made beginning with the "Danny and his sister and Mom" tape. The "I hate Mommy", the marriage tape, the "screaming at the baby"...your mommy is dead tape all go to motive to "the money".

The SOB lied like a rug when he said "he was the biological father" according to his calendar on Larry King live. That interview is where Howard is "speaking for Anna", professing his "secret love", professing he is the father, professing they will marry soon.

Anna had become part of his script. It would be just another role for her...full of lies. It was okay to her at the time...she didn't know SHE was on his hit list.

Has Howard even had sex with a woman? Where are these people? Why are there no characters in his past to vouch for him BEFORE ANNA...No women, no men...(except Rale).

It might be a good thing to put the tapes in order of time...except there's no time stamp and even that can be altered.

Again, why is there no evidence of HOW did Danny consume all those meds? Ahhh....because he didn't know he was consuming them and Howard isn't going to tell us.

Did Danny stay awake during his entire flight to the Bahamas? They said his papers were not complete...it lacked the address of the Horizons. Why?
