I don’t usually go to that site. They aren’t ethical and steal copyrighted work (Rita’s book) without giving proper credit. She pretended she corrected it, but I see now, all she did was put ‘part’ of the book title! Didn’t put source. Doesn’t even say ‘book’ name the publisher, the correct title and worst of all.. she will be damned if she will include the author’s name. How sick is that? Follow a crime case and break laws yourself doing it. Pathetic really. Maybe it’s Stern or a relative of his?

I know KE was suppose to be in court yesterday. I checked but don’t see any media on it though. I remember reading that Kapoor might be there too because he challenged even before KE did I think. Must not have gone well or Art would be spitting his venom out.

On tmz always make sure the url is right..that it says http://www.tmz.com. A while back my url had changed and had stuff before the www.tmz.com. Not sure how that happened. There are also warnings that if you post on tmz to make sure that the link in the confirmation email just says http://www.tmz.com/confirm/...

Some have been reporting that the emails they have gotten have stuff before the tmz.com. I haven't had that problem that I know of.

Thanks so much for both posts. I think I'll browze around and read some of the posts. I don't know if I will post anything there or not.

While "googling" for information tonight, I got into Lincoln Bain's website and Art Harris'. I know I don't believe half what Bain says...I do believe he is a corrupt shyster. I'm not sure Harris' reports are accurate because he is so biased in favor of Stern.

slightly off topic - speaking of quantum physics, cute kid on Kid Nation was talking about ‘quantum matter acceleration’ being able to ‘teleport’ subatomic particles from one side of the earth to the other....don’t know a lick if it’s true, but for a 9yo, i was impressed he could even grasp a concept like the existence of subatomic particles much less attempt an explanation to other 9yo’s! Bless them all! :)

Birkhead has stated that he was ‘aware’ of Daniel’s drug use (when he’s not saying Daniel was ‘expelled’ from Anna’s life) imow. Howie baby has said that he and Daniel were the best of friends. (imow)

Daniel’s own words, and the [random/surprise] drug test given on or about July 17th, ‘06 admission to St. Joseph’s Medical Center apparently contradicts them both. IMO, if a youth is doing drugs as a habit, and is unexpectedly rushed to a hospital, one would expect to see evidence of drug use in the impromptu (and unavoidable) tests the hospital ran.

IMO, if Daniel were ‘afraid’ of Howard, to the point where he allegedly turned to three different people to either go instead of him or go with him, I doubt that Daniel would have wanted to be ‘high’ on anything. IMO, he would want to be alert and observant and on his guard when around someone he feared. IF the two pills that Howie baby flushed from Danie’s jeans were the two valium that Martino alleges to have given Daniel, my theory that Daniel wanted to be straight and on guard is a logical one.

So, assuming that Daniel was indeed, ‘straight’ when he arrived at the hospital room, his comment, which Howie baby himself reiterated for us on LKL, makes perfect sense - ‘why am i tired’, howie baby - cause i’m straight as an arrow and clean as a whistle! (imow)

6:30am in the Bahamas woud have been about, what?, 2am in California? I wouldn’t be sleepy either! Nor would I even want to be asleep around someone who I dreamed would put my mother in a coffin.

Daniels’ words need to be given great weight.

this is exactly the question that Virgie has been trying to address from the git-go imo. Something happening to a single Larry, or what would happen if LB married giving DL a step-mom and then something happening to him. iirc, Larry really doesn't want to plan for diffferent possibilities. Virgie does, and wants her visitation secured no matter what happens, and wants DL's inheritance and well-being overseen by a member of LB's family and a member of Anna's family, i.e., Virgie or her son the fbi guy.
