we need more information about january thru mar imo - too confusing - I’ve got nothing for Feb and a march 3rd pulling out of a premiere, and a big blank until Apr. I’d like to know the timing of these events, for instance, and, if there was a prior ‘plan’ were there prior ‘agreements’, and where the heck howie was during this time when he seems to have evaporated into thin air, except for the allegedly Apr 15th, big fight bwtween him in Anna resulting in Anna allegedly fleeing his violence and driving herself to a hotel to be rescued by larry??:

I keep remembering a tape where Anna feels Daniel and says he was hot....had a fever.
Boy, good thing Howard took the pictures that night of Daniel, Anna and the baby because 6 hours later would have been too late.
And good thing Daniel was snuck in in the middle of the night to avoid the papparazzi.
And good thing Daniel died in the hospital so the Horizons wouldn't become a crime scene.
We still don't know the "embarrassing" drug that was in Daniel's system.
We still don't know how the methadone got into his system.
We still don't know WHEN he actually died....but he was cool to the touch.
We DO KNOW that according to Howard, Anna had a memory loss of the event of Daniel's death.
We KNOW that Anna wouldn't harm Daniel.
I'm sure we all grimaced when we found out that Daniel was found dead in bed with his mother. It's one of those "what's wrong with this picture" moments.
What was new from the inquest was that Howard was restraining her...standing at the foot of the bed....when the doctor came in.
Why did HOWARD arrange for Daniel to come in while she was in the hospital? Why not 24 hours later when she would be at home? ANS: The baby would have required care and that would mean "extra help" aka "witnesses" at home. The hospital was effectively providing that help.
We still don't know when KE left Anna and flew to Ca. What we DO KNOW is that KE was one of the last people who saw Daniel before he left for the Bahamas and complained to her of an upset stomach.
I'm still trying to get over Howard's well publicized statement: "Daniel said that he couldn't believe that he had a blood relative" (which is lawyer lingo). Virgie is a blood relative. His father is a blood relative.
I don't think Larry ever really thought he would wind up with Dannielynn. A simple mother and apple pie case.
Once Anna died...he couldn't back off. Larry must have been pretty stunned by Anna's death but he's never questioned it. Never questioned the death of his baby's mother.
One thing is for certain, Howard didn't want Dannielynn and out of the blue comes a DNA test and some type of deal between Larry and Howard.
Posting just because I *can* - up to my eyeballs in ANS stuff right now and sooooooo tired of it! But keep up the good fight - a week till the inquest resumes.

Thanks Fatima for pulling up that article. One of the doctors who testified at the inquest told a lie and was corrected during cross by Vergie’s lawyer. The doc said he was told by a nurse that Daniel was next to his mother in bed. But so far, no one is reporting what the room looked like, whether there was vomit and blood and whether Anna woke up next to her comatose son. Was there vomit and blood as a product of the resuscitation efforts?
I just accidentally erased a section on how Daniel ended up with methadone in his system. But the fact is that until we know for sure what meds were in Daniel’s system, we can’t really speculate on how he came to ingest what killed him.
This thread isn’t going to die. No chance. Remember last summer when it looked that way? We’re just in a waiting pattern. Much more info to come and it can only help us in our investigation. The little data we’ve gotten so far has been very interesting.
true. April 18th, by calculation, would have been, what? about 16? weeks into pregnancy? so maybe Anna was in the hospital for some pregnancy-related issue [three days after fight with hks so violent she had to run for her life from the house, and drive herself barefoot, according to Larry]

maybe at first he didn't, you're right; but then Daniel died, giving Larry an in with the media and which made him marketable for Opri. things Larry was saying, were designed to attack Anna's fitness as a parent, whether it was his child [or not!], at a time when we knew nothing about drugfaxes or such. Once Daniel died, the real mudslinging started, curiously, only at Anna - it was Anna who was 'starving' the baby, or 'drugging' the baby, according to an affidavit Larry now says, was paid for to help him in his 'custody' case. then we have Dana Lynn Walker / Dannielynn Marshall coincidence - I'm not letting that one go so easily lol!

Strange of all coincidences, Larry was allegedly in bed for three days with a toothache, going to the dentist the afternoon Anna died (he heard in the dentist chair). I'm sure it means nothing.
The first interview Larry held in the Bahamas, he did say, look you've got these drugs, these people, yadda yadda - and I thought he was going to redeem himself and come out a good guy - but then all that stopped, like a faucet turned off, and it was 'anna's fault' from that point forward.
Daddyhowie only wants to be daddy of bank accounts lol. With warrants served on his 'frequent visitor' (imow) KE, suspicions of Anna's money going in directions it shouldn't, and the possibility that the inquest jury will refer the case of Daniel's death to their criminal court, DaddyLarry sure hasn't made very good decisions on who to associate with if he's guilt-free. imo jmo
She wouldn’t. imo. The first sign of moving things out was June 19-22nd iirc. i’m sure the dealers have paper records for such large purchases for resale.
I think the interviews dried up for a couple of reasons first, maybe something is coming down pretty soon and everyone was told to hush up for a bit...and second, HKS’ has sued everyone who could publically speak out about him and challenge status quo, while setting up his buddies quite nicely, thank you. (we don’t need a listing of how Larry’s made out lol)

Why didn't he seek Opri out as soon as Anna took off for the Bahamas? Am I missing something?
How can it be hearsay if this Palabrica guy heard LB say it or was told it. I thought hearsay was something someone told you that someone else said. Am I wrong?

April 3rd...Howard fined for frivolous suit to delay DNA
April 10th...Larry confirmed as bio father.
Ques.: Why was Larry so sure he was the father?
Ques.: Why did Howard "give up" Dannielynn so easily since it was Anna's wishes that Larry "go away"?
Ques: Why doesn't it seem to bother Larry the least little bit that KE and Howard were feeding Anna "dangerous drug combinations" the week she died?
