It was the discovery of the Chloral Hydrate that blew this open.
Note: The only drug which is unaffected by the meds given Anna for "accidental overdose" is Chloral Hydrate.

I'm still confused as to Perper's comment that she would have had to be forced OR ENTICED to take the Chloral Hydrate to make a call of murder. She had been taking it regularly. Where's the "force" or "enticement" of the many times that she took the drug??
His statement is illogical.
ANd the fact remains that until the Chloral Hydrate was discovered..Cause of death was going to be the flu.

When Howard said he was the daddy, Larry had no choice but to make Howard his best bud....anything to stop Virgie.
Hindsight is a wonderful gift.
I wonder if Larry has much to do with DL when at home or if she's primarily left to the nanny? He just doesn't look very comfortable or natural when he holds her. IMO.
Hehehe. Larry sure got a dirty look on his face when a photog kept asking him if DL was going to get to see Virgie over the holidays. I couldn't hear Larry's replies to the photog.

I heard what he said, every time the photographer asked him a question about Virgie he would say “Who?” There were about 3 or 4 times the photographer ask him about her and each time he said “Who?” very snotty, didn’t look good on his part...Maybe that is what the photographer was deliberately trying to point out....IMO
How immature.For the sake of the baby some kind of agreement should be worked out.Guess nobody is offering big bucks for pictures now.Wonder why.Maybe the Magazines know something we don’t know about Larry.He sure dropped off fast.Maybe fame for him will come in a different direction.Just wondering.
The person who is REALLY not comforatable with Dannielynn is Howard. And that maniacal scream “You’re mommy’s dead” was like watching Physcho for the second time. That was just totally sick!

As usual, I couldn’t view the video (but that won’t be *forever* - soon, very soon!), but snips were on The Insider (very small snip) this afternoon and then on ET just now.
They had two teasers at the top and midway; then the item itself at the very end. Larry was saying something after the voiceover about baby D and Daddy Christmas shopping that “everything’s for her and nothing’s for me.”
The voiceover also talked about 3 gifts that weren’t shown, something about a “D” and two other forgettables. Larry looked awful and I hated the “Hoosier” T-shirt, but couldn’t really see it in the video.
They didn’t have any of the talking part, so it wasn’t a paid high-$ exclusive, just a smaller paid fee to the image provider, which goes to Larry.
They also didn’t show any of the putting her down or having her walking that apparently is in the tmz video. Poor little thing, I’m afraid she must go home from these outings with a very bad crick in her neck from always turning around and trying to look up at Dad. It hurts just to see her doing it.
I don’t know why that bothers me so much, but it’s like putting the baby out as a shield - if he’s shot at, the baby “gets it.” And she’s looking out at the “crowds” all alone. Yeah, he’s holding her, but she’s kind of strolling along at adult height and he’s hiding behind her skirttails, so to speak.
The only time I see others holding a baby that way is when they’re switching arms when one arm is tired, except with the baby facing the person - but I don’t see anyone holding a baby like that, facing outward, *all* the time! Why doesn’t he have a stroller for her? If someone bumps into him, or if he trips and falls, splat! Dannielynn goes face first on the floor with LB on top of her.
*oh, well* Glad to see a little glimpse of her to know she’s happy and healthy.

Maybe it's a common saying for a t-shirt, though.

Yeah - the “Hoosier Daddy?” I posted is a take-off on the old “Who’s Yer Daddy?” saying.
I just felt like it was a stupid “billboard” to be plastering on the front of a baby whose paternity was a guessing game pastime for the unwashed masses and the subject of bitter litigation and family estrangement. Pretty cruel, if you ask me!
before i forget - daniel was initially claimed to have (stomach) ‘flu-like symptoms’ for his hospitalizations... quickly changed to “depression”, by howie, (I have never seen any ‘rx bottles found’ or ‘pharmacy record’ mentioned tho)....
anna was claimed to have (stomach) ‘flu-like symptoms’ before her death...quickly changed to “depression/suicidal” by howie (”wanted to be with daniel” - “ask me again about the dreams!”, comments in court) and comments by KE and others, substantiated by anti-depressant medications prescribed to howie by ke.

I’m trying to dig back to the very first comment by anyone about ch...who, specifically told perper or anyone, First, that anna ‘swigged’ or ‘drank [ch] from the bottle’ - was it ke or howie? Did someone say something before the results came back, or was it after Feb 27th/28th when the extended testing results were known?
I think it might be good to look at the ch issue like a clown video story...fed a little bit, then a little bit more..
Anna’s ch poisoning was over days - had anna ingested an acute toxic amount from a ‘swigging’, and died the same day, the ‘swigging’ comment MIght Fit,...well, maybe - but it was, days, of ‘swigging’ - and certainly, one kept in a room and monitored, wouldn’t be doing much free-style ‘swigging’ on their own....
was it always, used, as a sleeping agent? or was it used for it’s other use, as an “hypnotic agent”, too? (clown-video kinda hypnotic?)
would ch show up in hair analysis? anna had about 6 years of hair on her head at the time of her death, right?

well, let’s take that a step further...’i wish i had thought more of it at the time’....hmmm...ok...so then when the opportunity presents itself a second, third or fourth time with Anna (fallen anna, pneumonia collapsed lung anna, swimming pool anna, anna can’t walk from a car into a hotel anna, 105temp icebath anna, puking all over the bathroom anna...he still didn’t think, to think more of it?
howie is either stuck in strawberryfieldsforever, or stuck on stupid or thinks the rest of the world is...:)
