Sorry I was typing fast.Wecht was on Court TV with Star Jones.He said that there was nothing sinister about Daniel’s death.He ingested 3 different kinds of drugs and maybe it would have been 5 to eight pills at once .He said Daniel had the Zoloft with him and he does not know how he got the other drugs.He said he investigated this throughly and does not agree with Vergie.Why he said that about Vergie I don’t know.He is not being called as a witness right now but that might change later.

There was no need for him to take a jab at Virgie. His mouth reveals as much about himself as it does about the autopsies he performs! How does he know Daniel had the Zoloft with him? Did HKS tell him? I would like to see the bottle with Daniel’s name on it, and then I would like to have it verified by the pharmacist who filled the prescription. I wouldn’t take the word of any of the Howard K. Stern people....I’d demand proof of everything they said!

Good points. How did Wecht know what Daniel had with him? The only way he could know is if he planted Zoloft on Daniel, gave it to him, or saw somebody else give it to him. Or he is fabricating evidence.

That *was* the story - that HKS is “holding” a prescription made out to Daniel for that one med and that he showed it to LE.

I don’t know anything else about it, such as pharmacy or prescribing physician.

Yes, you have to agree to a policy someone else has written on you. I can’t cite any law about it right now, but I know it’s done so people don’t go around taking out large policies on people and then knocking them off.

Star said she would be having him back.He looked tired but at the top of his game.He said the amount of Zoloft was more than the other 2.He said if it was suicide he would have taken more and only one particular drug.That’s why he thinks it was an accident.

That's not strictly correct. Wal mart and alot of companies take insurance out on their employees without their knowledge, even rank and file.

You have to have an interest...family but could include Business partners, employers....

So it depends how things are written up. Would think Trimfast or whatever it is had one....

It would be interesting to know who the prescribing doctor was and where the prescription was filled. If it's KE or Dr. Kapoor, I'd be willing to bet the pills were planted by HKS.

I know they did, but it was in one of the few states where it’s legal and they’ve been sued over it. Most of the time, key men know they’re insured and have agreed to it.

I had a friend who took out policies all the time on a sickly relative of hers without his knowledge - and she could borrow against the whole value of it, just paying a few dollars here and there. Seemed like a scam to me.
