After 23 minutes of resuscitation efforts, Daniel was pronounced dead at 10:05am.
ASP Ferguson told the press yesterday that the police control room received a call from Doctors Hospital informing them of the death of Daniel at around 10:25am on Sunday.
Why would a hospital have a 20 minute delay in calling police???
NC death is practically a copycat of Daniel's and if the inquest in the Bahamas is an honest one, it should raise red flags - among many other things that point that his death was neither suicide nor an accident.
This Bahama life was a hideaway???....except Anna was in the news MORE than ever before because of all HER & HOWARD'S stunts.

Had a Mike Peterson case on TV today. That was an interesting case. I thought, amazing how that one was found guilty and OJ got off. Something wrong with this world.

The whole hospital room scene has been puzzling to me in one way - where is the baby all this time? Now you see her, now you don’t.
I got the impression the baby had been *taken away* from the room, presumably to the newborn nursery, after the last time Daniel held her or Anna did, one or the other - never to be brought back to the room before all the chaos started.
Then in telling about it, several versions gave me the idea that Dannielynn *was* in the room when it all started - but who would’ve been holding her or tending her? Everyone was *allegedly* asleep.
So, *assuming* DL is in the nursery when Daniel is found to be in distress, who went and got her, or if it was a nurse, WHY would a nurse go and get her, for there to be pix taken of her with Daniel after he died?
And when DL was *spirited* out of the hospital by either the back exit or the side door, in either the van or the black sedan or neither, but some other vehicle, who was holding her? Obviously not the sedated ANS, nor HKS, who was busy doing the *spiriting* or *directing* it.
Ben Thompson? Gerlene Gibson? Who had the baby and how did she get back to Horizons - in whose arms? Do we know?
My question is: Was Anna & BABY scheduled to be released that morning? AND were the papers for Anna's release signed the day before? It goes to pre-meditation.
Hospitals have meal schedules for patients....whether you like it or not. Why wasn’t Anna getting a meal delivered say at 8:30 or 9:00 AM. Did Howard say “I’ll get her something when she gets up TOMORROW? Did she get a regular meal the morning before? Was Howard “Directing” the element of time?
I think if the Bahamian people would think about it, they would realize Howard tipped his hand when he asked to interview the prospective jurors. If he was just an innocent bystander, he would not be afraid of the jurors...he needed to find out who could be intimidated or bought.IMO
Somewhere in my memory I want to say she was to be released that afternoon? Don’t think I linked it though.

While members of the press were rushed into the conference room, hospital staff hustled the baby out into a waiting van, while Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer, Howard K Stern, rushed to the hospital parking lot at the same time.
The new mother was never seen, as she was reportedly whisked out of a backdoor exit. Photos of the baby wrapped in a pink and white blanket could not be taken, as all cameramen were diverted into the hospital conference room.
Daniel’s lifeless body was then taken away in a hearse through a side exit.
My point is that less than 24 hours later, Daniel could have visited his mother and the baby in the privacy of the Horizons....Where food and drink could be found in the fridge......And where it was most likely that evidence of premeditation could be found.
If someone can't see a PLAN in this, they're just plain stupid.

The 10 karat ring that Howard gave Anna for their wedding is effectively an engagement ring and AUTOMATICALLY becomes Howards even though she paid for it. It distinguishes THAT ring from any other rings.
Larry NEVER said he gave her a ring in Seidlin’s court.
