Where is nicotine?
First I can’t find neosporin, now nicotine? I don’t see it in the tox report and that is where it should be. Then I did a scan of all docs, still don’t see it as being found in anna.
I’m not trying to be difficult plum. When I ask to be able to verify something it is the ‘Nature’ of sleuthing. To be able to see facts for myself or verify ya know? It isn’t against you or anyone and I think you take it the wrong way. Yes, posters can be wrong but so can Perper be a lying sneak! Or, my converter could have screwed up, and I miss things.
I fear you might be right.
Will Bahs allow testimony from FL to be offered in showing HKS said five months? Who will offer it? Do they have this in their plans? Or will we be screaming at our screens why didn’t you shove that in his face? They contradict themselves here in the U.S. and nothing happens, why would Bahs be different?
Whatever he has, if he does, even anna’s statement to Virgill .. I don’t trust. He could easily be emotionally blackmailing her. Tell and you lose the baby. Tell and you lose the Marshall case. Tell and your fans go against you. Tell and you go to jail. Who knows what they controlled her with. Danny wasn’t in fear for nothing. He knew something! What, we will probably never find out now but I am convinced his fear had a real base to it. Add in drugs, Goen, hypnosis .. I don’t trust them!
That one pic of anna at the HardRock in a raincoat sticks in my mind. From the first time I saw it to today, she looks defeated, no just depressed to me. And I don’t mean just because of Daniel’s death / grief. But more, a totally, completely defeated look; in a controlled sense, walking with svengali defeat!
Who took this pic? Was it on Monday night? If not when? Same glasses as the fight trip. Was this the boxing trip or the death trip? How did the photographer see anna? Drugged? Sick? Did the photog see her ‘burning up with a fever? Would love to know what that person seen, heard or thought at the time.
Who is walking next to HKS? Snip of blond hair, KE is my bet. Anna doesn’t look like she can’t walk on her own to me. Is that a string hanging from HKS’s jacket or does he have something in his hand? I don’t see a coordinating string on the other side to be a ‘draw string’. Wish we knew what other pics this photog might have of her arriving.

Yes, he was there with his wife. I think Getty has a ton of photos on it IIRC. I will see if I can find the photo links of them all. Shows KE there too.

When HKS was testifying before Seidlin, he said something about ANS being in HER bed, and he quickly said, "our bed". You can bet any amount of money, he didn't share ANS' bed! He was absolutely arrogant while on the stand!
Perper said ANS was carried bodily into the hotel with a temperature of 105 degrees, and refused to go to the ER. Now how could Perper make a positive statement like that for the cameras when he WAS NOT PRESENT?!!
Several people commented during the showing of excerpts of her life, and one man whose name I didn't get seemed to know about her early life. He said that J. Howard Marshall asked Anna to marry him several times, and that he (Mr. Marshall) really thought Anna loved him, and that she talked baby talk to him. He said Anna never loved J. Howard Marshall. Another lady, who I took to be her aunt, said Anna never loved Mr. Marshall, but decided to marry him and was determined to get herself in his will. She left immediately after the ceremony and went back to Los Angeles. The man said Marshall didn't intend to put Anna in his will. I would imagine J. Howard Marshall, while being somewhat senile, was aware enough to recognize she didn't give a damn about him if she would leave him on their wedding day!
ANS' hairdresser was one of the spokespersons and she didn't have a kind word for Virgie, so I would move her immediately to Stern's crooked camp!
Oh yeah, when they showed clips from her last movie, "Illegal Aliens", Anna played the role of a ditsy dumb blond alien, and she used the voice she was shown speaking with in the clown tape. I bet HKS will use this to say she was just acting in the clown tape, but I don't buy it! She would not have scared the little girl like that, and her eyes were dead-looking in that tape, plus you can hear Howard ordering someone around in the background.
It was interesting to see the change in Larry Birkhead after he got Dannielynn, and he and HKS formed their alliance. It's straight out of Jekyl and Hyde! He was Mr. Nice Guy while he was being represented by Debra Opri...she played the role of the tough guy...and when he had used her, he wiped his feet on her and pulled an Anna. Don't pay your bills and sue, sue, sue! I cannot speak kindly of ANS' lifestyle nor of how she tried to cheat people who helped her. If she was doing it on the advice of HKS, then I'd love to see him answer for that plus all the other evil things it appears he is responsible for. He has said he owes his parents hundreds of thousands of dollars...well, that tells you one of two things: 1) Where did his parents get that kind of money to let him have...so it's probably a lie. Would they give all to him and forget the other two ...Greg and BonBon? 2) Any man who would take all his parents money with no legal guarantee he will be able to pay them back is sorrier than dirt. Is he taking his brother's and sister's inheritance to file lawsuits, or does he have money stashed in offshore account...just asking? (All comments are JMO.)
Clue: She was first described to us as an accountant!!
Can anyone find out if he has funneled money to offshore accounts or laundered money through Bonnie or his family? Someone needs to be doing some checking on his activities. Where and what is our Department of Justice investigating?

The KE raid was done by the California Attorney General, but that’s not the U.S. Department of Justice. Nature said in Post #3072 that our DOJ was doing an investigation, and I thought maybe you might know where the investigation was taking place.

I have seen that and Dark Roots both. One of these days I will be on top of the game and tape them. Life and Death is produced by E! I believe so you have to consider it will be smack with their own slants.

documented where? please show me a cite where it says, anna was hospitalized for ‘detox’ other than the single article sourcing ‘a friend’ (what ‘friend’ would make that kind of call???), LB’s pat suit filed in Oct 06 and LB’s testimony 2/22(?) - hks never confirmed it - KE’s nevr confirmed it - so where’s a disinterested second source? it’s heresay, hesaidshesaid, living against dead, until someone else cooberates it
speculation on dialadid - how do we know it ‘was one of her faves’ ?? are there other rx lists than the rest of us haven’t seen? I don’t think it’s valid to make that assumption yet. Of course, I understand, that you think Anna was an out-of-control-addict/boozer, while I view Anna as someone who wasn’t doing as many drugs as some of those around her, want us to buy.
why did ke pipe up about morphine and dilaudid? well, I guess we’d have to ask her. Maybe she can also tell us, why, she became inattentive to her patients, leading some to claim she’d completely abandoned their care in favor of extensive time spent in the Bahamas...that she’d ‘changed’...
One of the differences in our perspectives is, I don’t view those around her as ‘straight, narrow and sober’. Altered states of reality, makes questionable behavior in certain circumstances all that more ‘understandable’. Anna didn’t keep drugs in a little black duffel - HKS did. Anna didn’t
keep drugs under the mattress she slept on - HKS did. famous last words of HKS: ‘com’n mamma I’ll take it with you’
it would be interesting to hear from those who had rooms on either side...
