The only thing I can think of is that if Perper hadn’t found the CH with their help he would have kept digging and digging and with no cause of death in would have kept the murder speculations going. Now they have a drug...a drug which her idol ODed on...and of course since they were so forthcoming with their info that proves they had nothing to do with it. Yeah right!! Still can’t believe that Dirty Sanchez actually guided the investigation and had the nerve to gloat about it. Those people are despicable.

IIRC Reddings book said there was problems in ANS and Virgie’s relationship and that was published in the 90’s.

The rift with Anna and her family is described and had been talked about prior to Daniel dying. The rift was very real. I don’t think it was as bad as people believed but it was there. The allegations of sexual abuse and Virgie’s complicity didn’t start until after Daniel died I believe. Larry did ally with Virgie but there’s a point when questioned by Seidlin regarding Virgie and Anna that he gets very uncomfortable. In my opinion Anna definitely did say something to him and he didn’t want to bring it out in court.

With Anna dead...Howard can say any darn thing he wants in court. But remember....his attorney said he advised Howard to say nothing at the inquest.

Howard's probably got a video....where Anna says it's not Howard's fault...I gave Danny some medicine that was in the bathroom. Then the tears. Then Howard comforting her...saying it was an accident.

There was at one time...a quick take where Howard says: If I did anything to hurt Daniel, do you think Anna would be with me?? But I thought the tape was "out of order". There was an implication in it...It was Anna's fault.

I'd look at them, too. I found something "out of order". IIRC, the page numbers didn't match the index. I'd also check to see if Anna's prints were on every page....and also look for Howards. He never knew about it...remember Seidlin's court...Then how did he know it had to be changed per his discussion with KE about getting it changed. Is that a gotcha??

I was not aware our DOJ was investigating, but I'm glad to hear it.

As far as Lyn Wood is concerned, you are right that he is representing his client. I was venting because I personally think HKS is guilty as sin of manipulating and controlling ANS and living off her like a leech, and now he wants to continue to live off her baby's inheritance - IMO. I do resent Lyn Wood suing people who express their opinions of HKS. That to me is an act of intimidation, and in some respects I think it could be a violation of someone's Constitutional Right to free speech. Maybe someone with enough money will challenge him one day, and he'll think twice before suing. Some of the suits he'll probably lose, because he won't be able to prove that HKS was damaged, but he will have intimidated some poor soul into not speaking out IMHO.

If you're defending a client, that's one thing. Lin Wood is not doing that.He and Howard are saying that "everyone is bad, I'm the only good person in all this". Everyone's a liar....but me.

Before Danny and Anna died, everyone liked me. I had a good job. It was tough carrying her purse. And the meds....they were super heavy. There must have been 11 of them in that bag.

What does it matter that she was found dead naked and in a pile of sh**. I didn;t do it. That was "Anna's Wishes".

From my experience it is strange. In several cases where my family members have been ill, we were provided with information as to visiting nurses and even the names of their doctors. Of course, it is a different story if the patient specifically requests that this type of information not be released.

Went to Bahama News site and found there was a correction to an article they published on Oct 25th.

If I'm reading it right, the judge never heard the Cosby tape...He was furnished with a transcript.

Relationships with parents change all the time. They’re just like kids sometimes...but in this case, we know that when Danny died, Anna tried to get in touch with her mother.

Meth wearing off ...Perper said methadone was 2-3 days out. That puts it at monday not last dose before she left.
According to the autopsy that abscess was large. 3x something. Did she really just complain on the ride?
Are KE and HKS believable?

An abscess that deep and large didn’t just happen on one ride and I doubt it just started hurting on that ride. I could be wrong, but don’t find the ‘tellers’ of the story believable. So .. how would we know?

Anna was a hypochondriac according to Redding.
According to hotel staff, anna was zonked when she arrived and .. more important .. change of pattern.. they didn’t let her talk to anyone!

Is that why they “accidently” landed in Miami....To avoid any possibility of a crowd AND PHOTOS if her coming had been leaked?

I agree but ..
I don’t believe they ever were really close or that their relationship changed in anyway over time much. Except for Sterns control and playing on ANS drugged out mind and retarded emotional growth.

Mom working, a tribe of kids to care for equally. I don’t see the wild child and Anna’s excessive neediness w/ narcissistic cravings for ALL the attention mixing for any good relationship. Tension. Doesn’t mean totally alienated. I think that part was HKS’s doing. I also see Virgie getting tired, weary of the drug problems and letting go and letting God kind of thing. There if she reaches out, but not coddling her drug habit. Know what I mean. But none of it lends for a good relationship. I believe Virgie had the clearest head about it from what we know so far tho. She knew she couldn’t force it and it had to be ANS choice. She would be there if and when needed like a loving mom letting go but always hoping.

I think she really did love her and HKS’s sales pitch isn’t believable. His entire goal was to isolate her and feed her paranoid ideations. I can’t wait for that lawsuit to blast letters and tapes from mom right in his face.
