Out of curiousity, I found a paper called: "Sperm Donor & Waiver of Rights" at megadox.com....with a possible clue "the father will not be named on the birth certificate...and "that neither of them will reveal the identity of the father. Larry didn't say boo until when?...they took off for the Bahamas...and forgot to pay him??

I searched a little further. They talked about these donors being tested for HIV etc. before "making a baby".

Would just love to know when Larry was last tested.......and Howard!!

It's mainly the crowd that Larry and Howard hung with that I'd be concerned with.

I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has tracked Larry's medical record from BEFORE the baby.

I also found a site (with different contracts) which says the donor can tell his parents...but they can never seek custody. Of course, larry could really tell anyone he was the father....but as it stood and when it hit the news...Larry couldn't say with so much "absoluteness" that he was the father UNLESS HE WAS A SPERM DONOR.

I don't think Anna knew about Howard's name on the birth certificate until AFTER it was filed.

Howard consoled her. Everything was going to be all right. Howard would be the father and Anna and Howard would get married. Everyone would go away and they would all live happily ever after!!

It’s not hard to believe that other limited news came by way of screened phone calls, censored letters, phony text messages & tampered emails.

Please don't tell me that KE and Howard WERE NOT conspirators. The deaths are toooooo similar. The odds are astronomical. But Howard would always be the one to provide the final dose via her instructions. He wouldn't know "how much".

The thought that a woman who weighed 170 lbs wouldn't vibrate the floor while going for the bottle and Howard wouldn't "feel that"....Sorry, Charlie...doesn't fly.

Sac, this is a great find! It would be interesting to see how many checks Anna Nicole actually signed, and how many HKS wrote on her account. I bet you’d find that HKS and KE wrote most of them. If this is true, then he should be the one being sued, because he failed to pay her bills. I bet he was spending more money than she was. IMO, he’s a bigger thief and scam artist than she was. I think you and Sod are right when you suggest there may have been some money laundering going on. Is there anyway to find what he has done with the money...like subpoenaing the bank accounts and financial transactions of his family?

No, I didn't pass out...I just hit the post button without reading it again.

What I started to say was about the nannies: What could they testify to at DANNY'S inquest that would convince a jury that something was up...after Danny's death? Their orders to keep people away from Anna? Hearing Anna saying Howard was responsible for Danny's death? Hearing them fight? Hearing them discuss the inquest to come?

Were these girls working for them in a different capacity BEFORE Danny died? Did they sign a confidentaility agreement?

I think the Rita suit was all about dissing them as witnesses.

Same old Howard...Making people lie...Blackmail, blackmail, blackmail!! Confidentiality agreements ARE blackmail agreememts.
