“Was Stern trying to “protect” Anna with that lie? IOW, he thought that it wouldn’t look good for people to hear that Daniel had been sleeping in the narrow hospital bed with his mother? And why not, if it were an innocent thing?”
You know, when I heard that Daniel was missing his pants, I had a horrible thought go through me that HKS got them off after Daniel was nearly gone or gone and ANS was out of it and put him into bed with ANS to take blackmail pics of.

ET’s Mark Steines spoke with Anna Nicole at her Bahamas home during her final interview, just days ago.
These past months, I have spent many, many hours speaking with ANNA NICOLE SMITH, dating back to my first interview on October 28, 2006. Despite the difficulties she was going through — despite the times I felt she was clearly physically and mentally broken, I never once believed I would ever utter the words, “Anna Nicole Smith has died,” as I did last night on Entertainment Tonight. I had just left the Bahamas, where an exhausted Anna graciously and happily showed us around the new home she was planning to move into with her baby DANNIELYNN and her soon-to-be husband HOWARD K. STERN. We sat down for another interview which would end in tears when the discussion turned to her late son, DANIEL. I once again came back to Hollywood thinking, someday this will all end for her and she will get the chance to move on. Clearly, I had no idea just how much pain this woman was in.
When the news broke of Anna’s death — I truly didn’t believe it. We were all quite literally crushed when we were told the news by people close to Anna. I immediately boarded a plane to Florida along with KHRISTINE EROSHEVICH, Anna’s close confidant, who got me up to speed on the last moments of Anna’s life. She told me who was there, what Howard was going through and why the paternity battle Anna had been suffering through was literally too much for her to bear. We arrived at 1 a.m., and I immediately began doing all the news shows — because we now had the last footage of Anna alive, and her very last interviews.
We taped our show from Florida today, and then I boarded another plane to the Bahamas to do more story gathering there. I can tell you that even now, Anna is being tormented in death, as her mother — a woman Anna despised and called evil — is on her way to the Bahamas to try to get baby Dannielynn. She is working with child custody services there. This is just about the last thing Anna would have wanted. The locks have now been changed on Anna’s home, and the cemetery where Daniel lies may soon have to welcome another member of the Smith family.
It seems this mother and child will be together again — and I can’t help but feel, that is truly the only thing Anna had wanted in recent days. ...”

I hadn’t thought of that. My two thoughts were 1) how uncomfortable it would’ve been to lie down in that bed with jeans on, so Daniel took them off;
or 2) after hearing about the abrasions, my mind went to the old gossip stuff and I wondered *if* Anna ... ummm ... well, if maybe she was already having that nightmare, in advance, and thinking Daniel was a little boy again and she ... ummm ... wanted to bathe him, like she wanted to after he died. I’m being nice here.
Isn’t that horrible? What would make a reporter identify so totally with a dingbat “celeb” that they would slander her mother, whom they don’t know from Adam, on a worldwide blog and TV program?
It’s beyond comprehension.
” ... The drugs in the bed were found to be the muscle relaxant Carisoprodol and Methadone. Smith had prescriptions for both of these drugs. ...”
It has never been clarified, to my satisfaction, which “Smith” they were talking about here, as to who had these prescriptions.
Were they Daniel’s or Anna Nicole’s?
I know at one point it was said that HKS “had Daniel’s prescriptions” to show cops - but without an inquest, we don’t know if they really were for both of these medications or for something else, namely the anti-depressants, at least one of which we were told *was* prescribed for Daniel.
Didn’t O’Q cut the nannies loose really early on....Maybe O’Q has an affidavit (and that’s all he needs) and that’s what Howard was trying to find out with his “inquisition”.
Who was with Danny on the plane to the Bahamas?
KE filled him in on Anna's last moments? And she did that how?? She wasn't there. Just how long was Howard on the phone with her?
A nasty spiteful bunch of anti-Virgie FReepers (with a few exceptions).

Larry: I still dream of Anna
Bringing Dannielynn home for the first time “was the happiest day of my life,” Larry Birkhead tells In Touch in an exclusive interview. But even the joy of raising his 14-month-old daughter won’t stop Larry from mourning the loss of her mother, Anna Nicole Smith, who died in February.
“I miss everything about her. I dream of her almost every night. I can almost hear her voice during the day when I am making decisions for Dannielynn,” Larry says. “It’s extremely hard for me to deal with because I miss her so much.”
