As to Mark Steiners’ blog - I don’t believe that entry ever happened. It was all about him flying from L.A. to Hollywood, FL, to the HardRock on Thu evening to Fri., with Dr KhrisVorkian, arriving 1AM. Never on Monday before that.
What was never stated, and I’ve always wondered, was whether Aunt BonBon also hitched a ride from the Hills of Beverly on the ET Hollywood-to-Hollywood Midnight Express.
As to the lawsuit stuff, I don’t want to waste my hands on that slime stuff right now. Only for CNL. One thing to remember, tho, or two:
1) Leroy loves to flaunt the “vortex public figure” terminology in defense of his *own* *cough quilty cough* clients, so I think it would be more than appropos that Virgie use the same label for herself. After all, nearly everyone in this saga was swirling down the drain vortex of Anna Nicole.
2) ET airs on an NBC affiliate here, the KPRC named in the lawsuit, and I think it was important to include them because CBS could be wiggling out of things by declaring “CBS only” rhetoric and hyperbole (I love that the perps of same, on a grandiose scale, would use it for a defense!) - thereby bypassing Virgie’s own home station airing, where the most of her neighbors would be watching and most likely to turn on her and think badly of her, since it’s on NBC, not CBS.
Oh, and a 3) just for grins ... LOL, how’s Howie going to collect his 6% of Marshall Petroleum Inc. dividends without doing business in Texas? Duuhhh!

Did Anna get any stock in Koch from JHM? Could the caretaker have taken care of that?
Just curious, because a family member - by marriage inherited Oil stocks that paid monthly dividends, but the inheritance included a codicil - upon her death the stock reverted to the bio family, not hers. It was Texas!

No, no Koch stock. It’s not transferable, anyway, because it’s closely and privately owned, mostly by the Koch family.
JHoward was an exception to that, in that he owned one of the companies that was an early partner in the company that eventually became Koch Industries. His portion was just a small percentage.
Eventually, he created Marshall Petroleum Inc. (”MPI”) with his Koch stock forming the bulk of the company’s assets. An MPI representative has a seat on the Koch BofD. That’s currently Elaine Marshall, Pierce’s widow.
It is that company’s total assets and dividend rate that ANS’s atty’s targeted for her claim of money she thought she was owed from a non-existent living trust that she *said* JHoward was to have set up (but he didn’t).
Her basis of claims against Pierce was that Pierce interfered with JHoward setting up that trust, just because Pierce didn’t like her. So far, that has not ever been proven and I doubt it ever would be, because it’s a falsehood.
Remember, the video where she tried to talk JHoward into stating he wanted her to have half his property didn’t surface from Aunt Elaine (Tabers, not Marshall) until after the last trials and SC appeal.

Right Elaine Tabers is Virgie’s sister-in-law. Is she holding the camera, or the woman walking around the wheelchair bound JHM, with young Daniel present and of course, Anna? That video?
IMHO - when justice is finally done - this Texas tragedy will have more impact as a serious documentary rather than a Tinseltown movie.

I don’t know - I’ve only seen a brief TV clip because I can’t play video on this computer. As I’ve said before, when I can mouse again and get off this puter and onto a new-to-me one, I’ll have years of videos to get caught up on!
I’m not sure who else would’ve been in the video, tho, other than maybe a nurse of JHMII’s.
The very first indication I had that something was hinky was when I heard Stern say that thing about what he first remembered, “from his perspective.”
That is very obviously a made-up statement, a false movie he was trying to create in his own mind. I believed from that point forward that he had been awake and faking sleep.
