I waited for a response from you last night. I must have just gotten off the computer when you got on. I don’t know if you’ll see this this morning, but please go to the hospital or a doctor TODAY. A friend of mine lost her insurance last year, she had no job and not much money and the hospital wrote her bill off. Also, if you have a health department in your town, they will treat you for free. They usually have a doctor on call and can direct people to who they need to see, in case you need a specialist. I told my husband about you and we are both praying for you.
Try not be afraid. It sounds like you’ve had people in your life like I’ve had in mine. Some people can be very uncaring and hurtful. But, there are alot of people like the people on this board who care.
You probably just need some antibiotics. We almost lost my husband last year to double pneumonia. After 11 days on a ventilator and some very powerful antibiotics, thank God he is still here, asking me if I’m typing a book right now. We definitely had a miracle last year. God is going to take care of you and we’ll all be waiting to hear from you later today. Bless your heart.

Larry Birkhead says he’s no press whore.
In fact, he tells Radar, it’s his former attorney Debra Opri who has tried to strong-arm him into paying an alleged $620,000 debt to her by appearing on an “Oprah-like” show with her and his daughter Dannielynn.
“She won’t be happy until I’m sitting on the couch with Oprah and my daughter saying I owe her everything,” Birkhead says in an exclusive to Radar. “We’ll just go take it to court and see who wins.”
The bio-dad of the late Anna Nicole Smith’s baby insists he spent thousands in mediation trying to work out a settlement with Opri but that the negotiations came down to him declaring publicly that he owed her everything, including the custody of his daughter. “My child is very healthy and happy, no thanks to her. My DNA tests were ordered into the Bahamas, and she still wants to take all the credit for it.”
Opri calls the claim a “ridiculous Larry Birkhead ploy” and denies that she ever tried to get Birkhead to appear on a talk show with Dannielynn. She accuses him of violating the confidentiality of a mediation. “He and his attorney want to make a circus out of this,” says Opri, whose original payment deal with Birkhead was based on him being paid for media agreements. On the flip side, Birkhead has filed against her with the Bar Association, saying she’s leaked info on his case. Both have spoken to the press to accuse each other of, well, seeking press (often while simultaneously claiming that they try and avoid the press, as both parties have claimed to Radar).
“I lost a lot of time when I didn’t have my child. My first job is to be a father,” Birkhead tells Radar. Reports of his pending daddy-and-me reality show are overblown, he adds, adding that he’s committed to nothing. “I turned down rappin’ with the stars [Celebrity Rap Challenge] and some of these things they approached me with,” including a slasher flick script, he says, in which “maybe someone would like to have me killed in the first minute or two.”

Opri was visibly “very cautious” when she publically announced she was off the case. Larry...well he had a different attitude...I don’t need anyone...I have Howard.

Virgie was ABSOLUTELY right....someone has to look after a person like Larry who just might be extravagant and wasteful with "Dannielynn's Money".
And Howard is getting a cut on it besides. Ain't they special! Kind of a strange relationship...maybe the "involvement" story is true. It sure seems it could be right now.
I know all three will get nailed in the end...Howard, KE and Larry. Yes, I think Larry was a "sperm donor". I think there were all kinds of insurance policies. I think Howard robbed Anna blind. I think Rale is a liar. And KE knew exactly what she was doing when she ordered the Chloral Hydrate IN HOWARD'S NAME...a drug rarely tested for in an autopsy!!
Not only that, but I think he's involved in more than we know. I don't think he was involved in the deaths of AN or Daniel, but he's probably the brains behind the cover-up and all HKS' maneuvers to shut down the inquest. He allegedly had AN's Will and was her lawyer...so when did HKS stop being her lawyer? If some legal authority was interested enough, they could uncover more corruption in the Bahamas and California than we've even touched on, IMO. There are so many perverts involved with Stern that you have to wonder if he was acquainted with any upright citizens.

Big money in medicine. Go to the biggest hospital in the area’s ER room. They get Federal dollars and are also the quickest most likely for writing it off. They love those tax deductions! Need them actually.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Just saw this.
I knew you weren’t Jane. Sorry if I gave that impression.
I am a stickler for respecting someone else’s hard work and giving proper credits. But in that instance, it went to copyright laws. Even without laws, the ‘decent’ thing would be to list the credits (least we become like Howard stealing credit for legal work he didn’t do... lol).
I thought my post was clear but the written words fails sometimes. It is not an issue of supporting Howard that generates strong feelings for me. Each to his own. Those fools I can ignore. They seem to have an IQ challenge and aren’t worth my time.
What earns my disgust is those that stoop to lynching an innocent mother in these two deaths to support the creep! I know my post left no question about how I feel about the cruelty forced on her to suffer.
I didn’t follow the in fighting or any sites that broke off from it. I didn’t follow Jane’s site either. It didn’t take but one look there to know she had no problem attacking an innocent mom and taking time to dig up dirt to do it. I only know at one time it was a ‘group’ making the effort a she was part of that group. I do have a question..

I can’t argue that point effectively because we don’t have access to the records at Bahama registrar, nor do we have records from Doctor’s Hospital, or of Dr. Minnis, or the followup pediatrician. It is my experience that the birth certificate information is collected immediately after birth at the hospital. ANS was hospitalized for at least three days prior to Daniel’s death. Was ANS given the original to carry back to the USA, as Dr. Minnis indicated that she was ready to ‘go home’ ? Is there anything like the ‘freedom-of-information-act’ in the bahamas that would cover incomplete (unfiled) birth records? dunno
We know what HKS filed a month after the birth, after adding his name, without the ‘required affidavits attached’. Clearly, his filing differed from the ‘original’, because affidavits were required for the ‘changes’. Logic dictates there had to be a prior document for the registrar to require such affidavits to ‘add’ HKS’s name. HKS added ‘Stern’ and ‘Marshall’, but no Hogan or Smith.
I do find it intriguing that Anna used “hogan” (identification with her mother/father) instead of ‘smith’ or ‘marshall’ as her own sirname, thereby making the baby a “hogan” (standard old-school geneological practice) - and HKS would have had one hellofatime trying to change Anna’s sirname, along with DL/Hannah’s sirname. Smart move on her part, I’d say, and an important clue.
We can assume, that for the first four days at least, the baby was given some sort of name. For all I know, it could have been ‘virginia’ Ha! I have serious doubts that Anna would have picked ‘dannielynn’, a contraction of LB’s schoolmarm’s name, on her own, had she had any inkling at all of it’s significance. Would you?

HKS calling after school
Nothing known for sure but I find it VERY interesting!
If, as some guess, Taz’s kids.. but I don’t think it is that simple.
WHY would HKS be calling for Taz’s kids? Why not Moe, or Taz? They both had phones. Taz said her’s was in her ear so why couldn’t she call? Taz didn’t know anna she said. How long and well did she know hks? Why would she be closer to HKS?
AND, what school in this day and age takes calls from astranger for ELEMENTARY children?!! And if not a stranger, is hks so close to Taz that he is authorized for info on children at school?!
And the time is odd.

Anna’s death was called at 2:49. Was Moe still hanging at the hospital two hours later? If so why? If not, why wouldn’t Taz or Moe get the kids?
It was near dinner time anyway. If going to be late picking them up, again, why was hks calling? Wasn’t it hks that lost the ‘love of his life’. Why wouldn’t the stranger to anna taz deal with her own kids?
Another mystery. I see no logic to hks taking care of Taz’s kids at a time he belonged at the hospital or Taz could call herself. I smell a rat.
Names are not necessarily collected immediately. Mother, baby is what is likely required....in other words...patient information.
When they showed the pictures of Danny, Anna and the baby....Why didn't they mention the babies name in ANY article. Anna was obviously scheduled to be released that AM and that's why they were able to whisk her away. And who took the baby? Anna was drugged up before she left and even had "a memory lapse" at the hospital according to Howard...in a statement issued by the attorney who was fired a few days later.
I'll bet her name was NEVER filled in....before they left the hospital. Just a little more evidence of pre-meditation.

I doubt Anna really even knew what was going on the ‘marriage day’ - maybe she thought/was told it was just an act to get LB to go away. Maybe she thought/was told it was a Britney wedding - to be annulled the next day. Maybe she thought/was told it was pretend. Maybe it was an ultimatum from HKS/KE.
I think a LOT was kept from Anna. Remember the link I posted a while back that referenced Feb 2004 as a date that ANS found out that HKS had never filed any trademarks protecting Anna? She obviously went into that lawsuit thinking that she was protected by trade/service/copyright rights. In spite of the several million made just for DL birth/interviews, she wrote GBen/shelley on Sep 29th that she was ‘broke’. did she even know she’d gotten paid or how much?
HKS said of the death pictures, he’d ‘walk thru walls’ to make Anna happy. Yet he fails to file a marriage certificate? and says almost immediately after that it was a ‘mistake’ and was being ‘litigated’? where’s the litigation? Did Anna see those interviews? Why hasn’t HKS corrected the Bahama press who continue to term him, ‘husband’. ?? Surely Lin Wood would be all over that!
Did you notice if HKS is listed as ‘husband’ in the calif probabe filings?
imo, the ‘father contact’ clause wsn’t for (against) LB, it was for Virgie.
