oh, yes, I agree - barracuda absolutely. my argument failed in saying dl’s ‘father’. i should have said dl’s ‘only remaining parent’. I was thinking that would give her pause to consider, moreso than if both parents were ‘present’, but failed to make clear my point. Good discussion, thanks!! :)

She didn’t have to run to the press but she did is my point. There is an interview she gave sticking up for butthead. All the rumors of marriage, her cute little act with LB. Obviously at that time she had the same knowledge she has now, but.. she chose to go to the press and support a lying creep, knowing he was a lying creep and people were being hurt by it instead of doing the decent thing. Sorry, no medals for being a low life here. She will have to ask those she hurt for forgiveness. I wouldn’t want her anywhere in my life! Her kind like LB, leave pain wherever they go.

Lawyers do their job. It's presenting their client in the very best light. Look at any trial and everyone is spiffy. Opri did a good job. She could have backed off on the case and someone else would have come along and done the same thing. Sorry...I know a lot of attorneys. That's the way it is. Would you rather have Howard be deemed the father?

What we need to know is when HK$ and LB’s lives merged by way of addresses and activities - like GAY parades etc.,

now that we, the public, know, that LB was with Splash news in Jan ‘07, posing at Daniel’s grave, I have to wonder why he never owned up to it in court. after witnessing Seidlin grilling Virgie about the splash helicopter at the morgue, why didn’t LB tell the judge when he had the opportunity on the stand, and was questioned about being paid by anyone, that he also had an agreement Splash News, not just Virgie. Why did he hide it? Was it that DO didn’t know about this trip? I’d bet a nickel that it wasn’t Virgie that dropped a dime to them about the morgue run ;)

In the defense of all three (even Howard) I think they had a helicopter and there was talk about having to do the viewing soon. They could have just followed them. Milstein said that he rode with Larry so he didn’t believe that it was Larry that called them.
