I think he should pay for the hired lies he agreed to but I don’t care which liar wins. I would prefer it settle and be done. Opri isn’t the brightest bulb and neither is her attorney from what I see. Dragging this out is not good for either one and certainly NOT for DL!
So much for LB and the ‘best interests’ of his child. He will leave it for a jury and have all the more garbage for on a dung pile this poor baby will one day have to deal with. i utilize corporate attorneys from time to time. i’ve never had an attorney give me a ‘detailed, itemized record and time sheet’
what i’ve gotten is along the lines of, ‘x hours at $xxx/hr, for [affidavit, document drafting, conference call, call to opposing counsel, etc.] $xxx due’
short, sweet, and to the point. I’ve never complained because I’ve gotten the end result I paid for....so did Birkhead. he’s a deadbeat and a sniveling one at that.
He signed on Opri as his agent, and had ‘buyers remorse’ after galpal made some offhand comments on a topic she obviously has no knowledge of. too bad for him.
Considering his proported RE background, do you actually think, that after LB signed a contract as a RE agent, he would sit still and let his sellers contract with a separate RE agent without his commission being paid???? HA! So much for his ‘multi-year experience in contracts’, eh?
Attorneys don’t ‘do’ the amount of work Opri accomplished in two states AND a foreign country ‘for publicity’ and she’s not a first-year lawyer either. Opri has been a well-recognized and well-respected attorney in calif for over 14 years - well-respected!! - she didn’t NEED Larry for ‘publicity’ - it’s outrageous and preposterous for LB to claim she did. How dare he try to drag her thru the same mud he wallows in! Without Opri, LB would still be waving that HGH syringe around crying like a fool with nobody listening.
LB the stalker has slandered every single woman he’s been publically in contact with and some he hasn’t, like Jackie and the nannies - either his first or second mother was a b*onwheels and severely abused him, or his father was a wifebeater, or he’s one of the more effeminate gays that have a deep-seated hatred for women, who are, after all, their ‘competition’ for the men of the world....
Anna was right - he IS a ‘scumbucket’ and out for his ‘15 minutes of fame’ off the backs of others - and he needs to pay his bloody legal bills with HIS money - not that exploited toddler’s money if he’s THAT concerned with what DL is going to ‘read’ in the future!

I agree with you Nature regarding JO’Q in Florida. Virgie’s law team did a horrible job and I believe they did alot of damage to her credibility. She was broad sided about the question regarding money and it really made her look evasive and as if she were hiding something. The only person who did a good job on that issue was Birkhead. He listed out what he had made (at that time) and that was that. He didn’t sugarcoat it or try to deflect it towards anyone else. I can’t believe Virgie’s lawyers didn’t prep her. And he did screw up on that Dr. Christian(sp) question. Just imagine if he had said her name correctly. That would have opened up a new can of worms and maybe Erosevich could have ended up under oath back then.
LB may have ditched her since he has no need for her. Also I don’t think she should feel obligated to run to the press. She obviously has done the right thing by signing an affidavit and now it’s up to the court. Larry should have paid the darn bill. Anyone with common sense knows that he didn’t believe it was probono. There’s the video of him on LKL sitting side by side with Opri in January(February?) discussing the bill. Also ppl who go running to the press tend to change their stories with regard to this case. She probably didn’t want to get a visit from John Nazarian.

The fact that Howard "approved" of him as Anna's exclusive photographer tells me that there was a possible very good relationship between Howard and Larry BEFORE Anna laid eyes on him.
I liked the little statement by Larry: IMOW "She wanted to have babies by me".
ANd then there's the little bit about Anna saying: IMOW - "You're going to feel foolish when I tell you I'm pregnant".
SOunds like Larry extricated himself...and the sunglass fight was a lot of cr**.
Remember also that Larry talked about Anna wanting a 10 Karat diamond. Well, a 10 karat diamond was never heard of until Anna's "pretend" wedding to Howard which was of course associated with the phoney birth certificate.....and the phoney interview on LKL and the phoney "real wedding" which was supposed to happen the day Howard was on the stand.

Passionate dislike for Opri, nope. Sorry you got that impression. With DO my feelings are matter of fact really. She played deceit games and she got burned, simple. It happens to the best of liars, but a liar she is. When I discovered she was playing me, as a jq public citizen, it wasn’t passion but common sense that cut her loose with little feeling. She’ll pay and get hers was my thought at the time. If anything, I find it reassuring that our Lord indeed brings consequences for bad deeds. She will either learn from it or not.
Not so sure about her ‘respect’ history. She isn’t doing to good the last couple of years. Ego got in the way .. it often does and gets the best of some. She became more in her mind than in reality is what I think. Her own ‘rep’ she orchestrated using media not her actual legal ‘works’ as a tool. Some bought it but she is proving she can’t stand up to her own bulletin boards.

She is a business woman over 21 and she went more than willingly! She loved the thought of a high profile case to get her mug into the camera. So much in fact that I believe she lost her marbles. Some people can be book smart, yet the dumbest person walking the earth. I think DO would qualify. She wanted lover boy as much as LB wanted to rip Anna to shreds.
If DO was as smart as she thinks she is, she would know her overbearing ways are not appreciated by most viewers imo.
Her voice tone and volume is irritating to most human eardrums. Not being mean or snarky, just addressing what her own media specialists should have helped her with. Even her site shows she has some false ego of being some kind of TV TH .. who would listen to the voice screaming all the time? Buffs have Nancy Grace for that role. The job is filled, know what I mean?
It wasn’t a matter of ‘needing’ .. she wants publicity, craves it. I don’t buy anything LB says but this one a moron could see plainly. She practically fullbacks her clients for the mircophone. Anyway, she went willingly. She didn’t just work hard to help LB. She worked hard to further herself and she worked hard to deceive us. I could care less if LiarLarry pays DummyDeb for being just like him and not seeing it coming. She is the one that is suppose to be so smart, let her figure it out or lose. (shrug)

How neither lawyer objected to her having to return to the stand after going to view her dead daughter I will never understand.
I saw it as an obvious sabotage. Seidlin and Milstein should be hung for that one imo. They orchestrated the entire thing. Now Howie doesn’t want to pay them. I think Howie set up the CBS deal for Seidlin aka CBS ET .. Twin Cons! I think Milstein had no business crossing VA either and especially at that time. It should have been handled off camera. What difference did it make anyway? What was the purpose? Seidlin had his mug pushing his air time. Milstein and Howard were chasing their own dimes. What exactly was going to be accomplished for custody of a body by drilling a mom right after viewing the body?
Then.. feeding her to big mouth Barth. All orchestrated to break down an experienced cop imo. I honestly believe that was a set up. Too bad Milstein isn’t paid yet and Seidlin’s deal is falling through. HAHHAHAH! Pardon me while I gloat.
Maybe they rot in hell for what they did to Virgie is my feeling. She was no where near the murders. Sad day when the sicko that is responsible for Anna’s death is treated far better than a mom / grandma that had nothing to do with the two deaths!
