Bald Truth Exclusive: Doctor Kris Goes To Court; Anna Nicole Shrink Erosovich To See Raid Items

She was a doctor without a bag, a psychiatrist invited to examine a cardboard box of items seized by California drug agents investigating how she’d dispensed prescription meds to the late Playboy centerfold, and possibly others.
Only when Kristine Erosovich Tuesday walked into the empty Los Angeles courtroom of Judge Larry Paul Fidler, who had allowed the shrink and her lawyers to eyeball anything taken in the raid on her Studio City Home and request its return if it violated doctor patient confidentiality, she was surprised by what she saw: a prosecutor with an investigator eager to supervise. The special master appointed to protect the property had vanished.
“That wasn’t part of the deal,” she told me in an exclusive interview about her five minutes in court. “What if I pulled out letters or files and they accidentally saw someone not involved in the case? I didn’t want to put other patients’ privacy at risk.”
So, the doctor opted for the take-home option—a court officer would copy the material and let her review the copy in her lawyers’ office.
“We’ll foot the cost,” she told me afterwards, “and we won’t have to rush looking at it.”
If she spies any confidential property to challenge, Erosovich has to list it and submit it to the court by Dec. 5—and argue how its inclusion with prosecutors and agents with the California Bureau of Narcotics would violate a confidence.
Along with confidential letters and medical records, she says there are cds, dvds and personal photos, she wants back.
When she left the room, Erosovoich stumbled from one nightmare into another: a prospective juror in another case collapsed in the hall on the 9th floor outside the courtroom of Judge Fidler, who seems to inherit all the intriguing cases these days, from Phil Spector, to Dr. Khris.
“She was bleeding and it looked like she’d broken her nose,” Dr. Erosovich told me.
With court bailiffs clustered around, waiting for paramedics, the blond woman in the shimmering blue blouse went to work. “I’m a doctor,” she said quietly, pushing through the crowd, to sit down by the frightened woman and hold her hand.
“You’re going to be ok,” she said, doing a quick exam. “She was disoriented, and I could see she’d bitten her tongue.”
An apparent victim of a seizure, the juror said she couldn’t afford a hospital visit, but Dr. Kris was having none of that. She explained the situation to the medics, and said, “please don’t let her drive home.”
I bet Howie paid someone from the local little theater to play the seizure victim. BARF Alert!!!! The shimmering blue blouse....No straight man writes like that.

I don’t know about discussing an insurance policy when you are disoriented, have broken your nose, have bitten your tongue and some body part is bleeding.
The medical term for putting on the *Good Samaritan* act just outside the Judge’s chambers is ‘sychophanticus embellishiticus’.
Do we know if this really happened?
Where are the witnesses? the paramedics? the bailiffs?
ET was there with cameras before she went into the courthouse. The session was five minutes. You know ET would have been waiting outside to video an exit interview on the important events in the Judge’s room.

Anna knew about the clown video - Shelley asked her for a copy and she said she would give him one (ford shelley). It’s not hard to imagine that she also found other photos/videos and realized that HKS and LB were working in collusion. I think by the end of January 07, ANS knew about ‘the plan’. maybe her last laugh on both HKS and LB was to let that will stand and leave DL with nothing, so that neither would profit from her death as they did of her in life.
HKS is arguing that ANS’s estate rolls back to Daniel’s trust. Good. IMO Daniel’s papa just got rich. JMO MOO
I don’t get a ‘daddy hunt’ in 2002 plum. Why do you say that, just because of one LKL show? Too tired to dig but there are other interviews ans discussed wanting more kids. Whenever asked the question in all her years she always indicated she wanted more. That is why Howard’s filing to the court is such a blatant lie. Anna had never denied wanting more kids, it was a common known with her for years.

if i were a bahamian, i’d want (hearings) off bahamian soil and back to the usa - too much attention is bad for tourism and hks has already demonstrated he’s willing to appeal the least little thing to their supreme court. I’d say - here, usa - take this mess! (dunno if that is the law, tho) :)

LONG BEACH, Calif. (AP) — Maria Shriver said she won’t resume her TV news career and the late Anna Nicole Smith is the reason why.
Shriver, speaking Tuesday at a conference on women, said the media circus surrounding Smith’s accidental drug overdose death last February led to her decision.
“It was then that I knew that the TV news business had changed and so had I,” Shriver said. “I called NBC News and told them I’m not coming back.”
Shriver took an extended leave from the network when husband Arnold Schwarzenegger ran for California governor in 2003. After his victory, she made two appearances as an anchor for “Dateline NBC.”
In 2004, she announced she was leaving NBC News because she was unable to juggle her work as a journalist with her duties as California’s first lady.
Shriver’s remarks Tuesday came during the annual California Governor and First Lady’s Conference on Women. Schwarzenegger, preoccupied by the wildfires sweeping Southern California, made only a brief appearance via satellite at the conference.
He had been scheduled to take part in a discussion with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

she played to the audience and i think she might have damaged herself doing that...she put herself in a medical doctor role instead of a shrink. It was the medical doctor part of KE that prescribed/fed pills to ANS and ignored fevers. It was the medical doctor part of KE that relished the E! interviews and visits to Dr Perper....just thinkin’ out loud..lol
