Anna Nicole Smith, Seeking Justice #4
Great point Saca!
I am not a lawyer - but it seems to me that Anna died INTESTATE.
Dying without a legal will. Distribution is overseen by a probate court. also called in intestacy. opposite of testate.
That would mean any blood relative could make a claim against her estate *per stirpes* or per capita.
Per stirpes is a method for distributing the estate of a deceased individual. Per stirpes (which is Latin for “per branch”) specifies that each branch of the deceased person’s family receives an equal share of the estate, regardless of how many people are in that branch. For example, if A and B are the children of the deceased, but B is also deceased leaving children C, D, E, F and G (the grandchildren of the original person), then A would receive one half of the estate and each of B’s 5 children would receive one-tenth of the estate (essentially, they are dividing B’s half). Per stirpes is different from per capita, because per captia weighs each person equally, rather than each branch equally.
“””Has anyone contested the will that was submitted to the California probate court ?”””
It seems that Virgie’s attorneys are waiting for the probate judge to do his job.
He should just toss that will and start over, by asking for a list of Anna’s assets & heirs.
Heirs hoping that HK$ will be chucked overboard as executor of Anna’s estate. Don’t know what that does to LarrySue’s *bucks for the baby* deal!
People: Stern stakes claim to any Anna Nicole booty
Colorado headlines for his 6% filing. lol

I have on Elvis hymns! He was so good, what a shame they hid these back then.
It all works...all Howard had to do was produce the "I Hate Mommy" video.
BY the way...I'd say that Howard was "lacking" in that he didn't make a new will after Dannielynn was born. I'll bet that Anna didn't want him in it at all....and that's why it was never made...or did she make one giving Virgie and the aunt guardianship and control of the assets...which was destroyed by....guess who??? Howard or KE??
“”I have on Elvis hymns! “”
He did have a Gospel Show on TV - cannot find it on Youtube - but here’s just one Gospel song - Elvis is wearing a Red Puffy Shirt;)

I have on Gregorian Chant Music...Hosanna!!
I have not been impressed by any Judges or their decisions in any proceeding so far...foreign or domestic.
Can it get worse?
Probably!
You are so weird;)
It is the only time in that entire court fiasco I thought Seidlin was normal. He greatly questioned that Will. WHY no one else is .. I can’t understand!
Oh I know he had a few dribbles out there but for the most part, he was almost forbidden to the freedom of his beautiful voice for God. Did you ever see his special where he did some gospel and had a wonderful dedication for him mom? It was a real spine chilling tear jerker! They had great pics up on a big screen of his mom (and him) throughout his life. Beautiful.
Drugs KILL, sigh.
Can we chant for an arrest? Led the way sac!
It seems to me, as well, that Anna died intestate. That will isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.
ekat nrets nwod won!!
Another naive Southern innocent - lured by fame and fortune into the clutches of leeches and lunatics.
Both Elvis and Anna had better angels - they just attracted opportunists looking for a free ride!
I so much respected Elvis’ love for his parents, his faith and his Country. His remarkable talent was God given and his best work was his gospel music IMO.
Anna didn’t have as much going for her - but she certainly deserved more from those she called her friends.
