Duncan who?
Wrong, ann might be a nice lady but she is one hundred percent book/author HUCKSTER.
Well Ann Coulter is certainly not going to give him a pass on this any time soon. I’ve liked some of the things that Fred was able to do on the show, I remember an episode where he took a stand against Roe v. Wade. I highly doubt any other actor would have gotten that dialog in.
But not other CONSERVATIVES.
Good point....
Exactly.
Stop what? I never said others weren’t attacking Fred, I was exposing the “Holier-than-thou” attitude of the FredHeads for being “gracious” in not attacking Hunter.
I would note that few Mitt supporters attack Tancredo. In fact, nobody seems to attack Tancredo. Because he’s got no chance of winning.
But Hunter folks attacking the front-runners is no different than Rudy supporters attacking Mitt/Fred, Mitt supporters attacking Rudy/Fred, and Fred supporters attacking Rudy/Mitt.
I note that around here, there aren’t many attacks on Mccain, because nobody says anything nice about him or posts any good articles about him to begin with. But if they did, all the other supporters would attack him to.
Actually, Mitt connects very well with that group of voters, not quite as well as Rudy, but well.
He was elected Governor of Massachusetts, which does indicate he can get crossover votes from those we don’t normally get support from.
Mitt is very personable, friendly, and is the kind of person the independent voters won’t be turned off by.
Fred may also be that way, but once we are talking about voters who aren’t issues-oriented, my personal opinion is that Mitt Romney looks and sounds more electable than Fred does. I wouldn’t choose based on that, but those middle-of-the-road people often do.
To the degree Fred convinces the hard-line conservatives that he’s their man, it will be harder for him to appeal to the middle-of-the-roaders.
I was looking forward to Fred because I thought he would be able to communicate the conservative cause in a way that would resonate with the voters, and maybe tonight I will see an example of that and feel more confident in him.
I seldom watch TV, but there was one episode of Law and Order and I think it was last season with Fred. Also had a character like Ann Coulter but with a different name. They wrote in the script that Arthur Branch did not like Ann Coulter or the way she portrayed herself. The script was a hit job on Ann, if you believed that character to be based on Ann. It was much worse than what Ann really is. One particular scene had Arthur talking to the Ann-like character. I wonder if that has anything to do with her opinions now?

No, Romney is criticized because he is a candidate who is not a conservative, who has a chance to win the nomination.
I don’t know, but I doubt Fred wrote the script. If Ann took something like that personally, she’s got a problem.
“No, you’re both mean-spirited. Are the Fred supporters posting negative article after negative article about Hunter?”
It is really hard to post negative articles about Hunter [although there are a few out there] when so few articles or even blogs are written about him. He isn’t even getting much interest from conservative bloggers.
Seems like the only way for that to happen is to write vanities and that for sure would start a flame war. Not a good idea.
Hunter is protected from scrutiny by obscurity.
URINATOR IN THE POOL!
ROFLOL, that is the gospal!
BTTT
Ditto that.
In fact, I wish Fred would blow a little harder. With the media, its been all Rudy.
And a poll to freep for humor of the day.

Good point. Don't get me wrong, I like Hunter, but he's virtually unknown on a national level. Calling Fred a "blowhard", as was done by the poster of this thread does nothing to rectify that.
See my post #52 for a couple of links on this.
blowhard? my, you are a nasty one.
