Ouch ... Hasselbeck sacked in the Seahawks’ end zone for a safety. I thought that Seattle was the blitzing specialist in this game?
14-12, Seahawks ... and the Bengals get the ball back on the Seattle 47.
Coach Holmgren is NOT pleased. :-(
The players already have.
Alternatively, The Redskins defense looks very good and their offense is fairly adequate. Much better than I anticipated.
Palmer gets intercepted in the end zone to kill the latest Bengal threat. (Whew!)
Still 14-12, Seahawks.
What?!?! The Iggles uniforms or the Lions' defense?
The KC Chiefs offensive line reported to Coach Edwards a “suspicious, powder-like” substance discovered downfield. It turned out to be the Goal Line, something the 0-2 Chiefs had not seeen thus far this season.......yo!
Dead cat bounce ... Giants close to within 17-10 ...
Look out for Houston this year.. I think they will be in the wildcard.. Of course the AFC will win the Super Bowl this year..
I *do NOT* believe what I just saw ... Hasselbeck’s pass for Nate Burleson gets tied up with a defender ... the ball pops straight up in the air and Cincinnati gets a complete “gimme” interception. Blech!
Field goal, Bengals ... Cincinnati takes the lead, 15-14.
I would NOT want to be on the Seahawk sidelines now. :-(
Gulp ... Seattle barely squeaks out a field goal. 17-15, Seahawks.
I’ll have a double order of Maalox, please. :-)
Woohoo. Redskins give up a TD. Score is tied.
that was pretty easy for Cincy.
All right, now this is truly getting ridiculous ... Cincinnati scores on an 8-yard run off right tackle, but the two-point conversion is denied.
21-17, Bengals. 2:48 to play.
Seahawks ... what are you made of?
Home teams won in the earlier games...but now things are moving towards all the visitors in the remaining games.
Seahawks just caught an incredibly lucky break when Hasselbeck’s pass was deflected and he appeared to catch it behind the line of scrimmage for an 8 to 10 yard loss ... but it had already been ruled incomplete. Whew!
Seahawks up 24-21. Defense needs to hold off Bengals right now.
Well, the Seahawks might have pulled this one out ... Hasselbeck throws a touchdown pass to Nate Burleson.
24-21, Seahawks, with one minute to play.
However, the Bengals have three time-outs left, and the Seahawks have two.
FUMBLE by the Bengals on the return!
Seahawks recover!
