It was a commercial airliner and was nose down w/ engines whining so very loudly. Raleigh is in North Carolina and in fact is the capital of our state. I don’t post because I work and lurk. I love FR and would get in trouble if I post at work. Something did happen in the skies over Raleigh. I am not a poster or a gossiper and the only reason I posted is because it was totally “abnormal”.
I will search google and various news sites and see if I can find out anything.
Four engines and noisy makes me think 707 or DC-8 freighter, but I don't know how many of those old crates are left flying in this country. Weird.
