I’m not fond of hurricanes either. Our governor has already declared the state a disaster area in order to mobilize support services. As she’s doing this, the storm appears more and more likely to remain far to the south of us. She’s the biggest disaster that has hit this state.

I live very close to the coast and hurricane preparation/evacuation/recovery can be awful.
