Good weekend morning !!
Anyone have any suggestions to be able to stop sugar cravings?
Doctor suggests stop all white bread, potatoes (oh no not mashed potatoes:) and of course white sugar because he said that it causes sugar cravings.
I am addicted to sugar..

Yes, I do. Stop immediately eating, not just sugar, but
all simple carbohydrates. Drink water, at least 64 ounces every day (that is eight 8-oz glasses). It takes about 3 days to a week for the craving to be broken, but it can be broken. When you're feeling hungry, eat some protein. I used chicken breast. Cooking a boneless breast takes about 15 minutes on the stove top. I have discovered that even a small bite of something starchy (pasta, bread, corn) causes my mouth to water and start the cravings again. I find it is easier to say no to all, than to say yes to "just a little."I hope this helps. Good luck.

Stop ice cream works for me.

Jemian gave you excellent advice. I would also stop all artificial sweeteners.
Your brain still tastes the sweet and it doesn’t help you stop the sweet cravings.
