That would be How the West was Won. I was also three and no, I don't remember it.

The first one I remember seeing is Shenandoah. Still a sentimental favorite.

The first one I remember seeing is Shenandoah.

In my case it was 'Bambi'. A few years later I read the full length novel, as translated from the German by Whittaker Chambers.
