Yeah, I know it’s not much as rain goes. But can you imagine what the Chehalis folks are thinking if it’s raining there? It’s like kicking them when they’re down. :-\
Yeah - they don’t need it at all. I think they’ve finally got it draining. The problem was the water was sticking around and not heading down river. They had to breach some levies that were holding it in.
