I had some of those, too, briefly! The ones that were like a straw with a split down one side, so you could wrap them around the spokes. In day glo colors.

Hey, it was the 80s, after all!

He’s a couple years younger than me, no? But still a ‘70s baby? Or is he a little younger than that?

I’m trying to recall which brother he corresponds to in age.

Heh...I wouldn’t be surprised if someone had come up with some big grownup version of spoke cards. ;-)

He was born in Oct. 1979; his birthday is the 19th, not too far from yours. ;o)

Unnnngh! I *hate* spiders!

I think I’m a decent distance away from that thing...but I don’t really wanna be any closer...

That picture is so spooky-looking, it looks fake to me.

I've seen web-worm webs that look like that, but not so big...

LOL! I was just reading that thread. I thought about Corin and his most recent adventures with our 8 legged ‘friends’.

Here's a cat for Luke, or maybe for the Jedis...

I have a very bad feeling about this.

So far as I know it is... and if I'm lucky our uber-manager will let us go early.

Yes!

Packing here. Camping takes a lot of gear. We leave after work tomorrow... only a twelve hour drive there...

Pictures!

If you end up hanging out near Fort Collins at all, you should go to the Moot House...for old times’ sake.

*sigh* Can think of a lot of places in that area I’d love to revisit.

We’ll be in FoCo Saturday. Planning a picnic in the park across from CSU - the one on College with all the flowers.

That is a great picture; thanks for posting the link.

If we lived closer I’d like to see the trail. LSA says that she’ll wait in the car with Gypsy.
