I’m assuming she got on her way this morning at 0:dark:30... I’m going to head over and get Cisco here in a bit so he can be on vacation too. :~)

no... Cisco can’t come up for Christmas. He never stops moving ;~)
But we’ll just be gone for the day, hopefully home by dark, then we’ll rescue him. He doesn’t know it’s Christmas, right?
Heh... it’s gonna be fun at my folks’ house with our pups around their ancient golden retriever and the two year old rentakid. I’m not sure whether they’ll be traumatized or do the traumatizing.
Neither does Luke, but we take him with us anyway.
In other newz, Sam almost bit me last night for the first time ever. Mrs. and I traded off on nayberhood caroling. I went with Luke until they go to our house. When they got there Sam got out and wouldn't come back in.
I took him by the collar and he snarled at me big time. I think if he could have gotten to me, he would have bitten me. I bopped him on the snout and gave him a pretty thorough yelling at.
Yikes. Bad boy Sam...
Did you go neighborhood caroling? I haven’t seen neighborhood carolers since the fire dept. guys used to drive a tanker down the street caroling when I was a kid.
I do so love tabby cats. :) S/He’s a cutie!
I wonder if I actually hurt him when I grabbed his collar. He don’t move as easily as he used to.
Yes, our neighborhood does caroling every year. But it’s getting to be a lot of the kids with their friends. There were only about half a dozen adults, not many of whom were really singing out. It’s a pretty sad excuse for caroling, really.
But they gather afterwards at a neighbor’s house for cookies and hot chocolate. So we do it for Luke (and thus is the story of my life).

Well, I think it’s great that the kids want to do it... it would be cute even if it’s not very ‘good’.
Could be. Dogs do freak out about grabbing them by the collar anyhow though, Barkley screams like you’re killing him and lays down like a stubborn kid. Gidget just sits back and pulls it over her head ;~)
With Frog’s permission, I was thinking of submitting that to the LOL cats website.
