I do love my mountains :) One of the things I love about the desert is that you can see a hundred miles. A little milder would be good, especially if it meant less freezing weather. The only part of Texas I’ve ever seen though is driving through Amarillo and then through Dallas/Ft Worth area. My son lived in Killeen for a couple of years and loved it there.

We got a little rain this morning.

MT. so sorry about the thief, that is so awful.

Well, is anticipation starting for anyone but me about our upcoming get together:) I just got back from town. I went to buy the fencing I need to put up the temporary pen I’ll build to put Dot in while she is here. Mack and I are going to get the back bedroom cleaned up today to put a person in:)

My in-laws live in Abilene, it’s very flat and you can see for miles there, too. It’s really beautiful at night, the stars are incredible.

Killeen is pretty. Was your son stationed at Fort Hood?
