This is a horse chat thread where we share ideas, ask for input from other horsemen, and talk about our riding and horse-keeping. We have a lot of different kinds of riders and horses, and a lot to share, usually about our horses, sometimes about our dogs, gardens and other stuff we do. :~)
I have a ping list for horse threads that are of interest, and MissTargets will ping everyone most mornings. Let MissTargets and/or me know if you would like to be on the ping list.
So... like the previous threads, this is intended as fun place to come and share stories, pictures, questions and chit-chat, unguided and unmoderated and that we come together here as friends.

New folk and occasional posters, jump right in and introduce yourselves, tell us about your horses, and post pictures if you've got them!
Oh, I like the second one:)..Pony is just so full of herself, what a priss:)
Becky
She sure thinks she’s all that, doesn’t she? :~)
Look at that pony go :) Looking out in your pasture every day has just got to make you smile. What a character she is.
That’s why she’s still here :~)
Happy Friday all!
Pretty nice day and I have lot to do.
Weeeeell, that just sucks Beaker! If it weren’t for the physical, you could come for a couple of days anyways. We’ll miss you.
That Pony’s a hoot!
It was in the low 40’s this morning and my bunch was acting much the same when I went by to turn Tennessee out on my way to work. Lots of running, bucking, farting and snorting. Little Miss Ellie kept running up to everybody with her ears pinned trying to start something but everybody just ignored her and she found that very frustrating. She wanted somebody to CHASE her.
So what are you doing?
Good morning.
Beautiful day here today. please hold, please hold. The forecast is now saying a 50% chance of rain on Mon. But Tues. looks great...79 high, and 65 low...
How did the clothes shopping go?
Becky
I didn’t go - I’m going today :~D
I was must glad to see them exercising. They’ve been doing nothing but stand around in the barn, even when it’s been nice. I’ve run them out of there several times in the last few days. “GO OUTSIDE!”
Becky
Wooo cool! And I see I have a pool to cool off in if it’s too hot :~)
LOL...well if you don’t mind getting in a pool the dogs get in:)
Becky
Looking out of the side windows of the RV, you’ll be looking straight out at the arena, so we’ll be able to keep an eye on Frogs horses there:)
Becky
He does have a sweet face!
We’re not as familiar with him. He looks like Bob, doesn’t he? You have him listed for sale now - unbroke?
Well, he’s got a longer face than Bob, but a very similar eye, although his expression isn’t quite as intense. He’s more layed back. With Bob, you can just see the wheels turning in there...”Hmmmmmm, how can I get one up on her?”
And yes, I’ve got Goose listed for sale, along with Ellie, and I actually priced Hope to the girl who lives near Cleveland who was interested in Goose. She had a friend who was soon to be in the market for a younger horse. So who knows, I may sell some or I may not. I’m not in any hurry either way.
I just noticed the playhouse in the front yard. Heck, if anybody gets TOO rowdy we can just put ‘em out there! ;o)
