I cannot begin to fathom what is meant by “sex acts with traffic signs.” I spent the first 10 years of my adult life in the Navy, about half of that time was spent on sea duty which allowed me to experience various, interesting and unusual local cultures.
I have no idea what he was doing with those signs.
