Sometimes the unwed ghetto mothers do TOO much beating. Seriously. I’m all for corporal punishment, but the yelling and hitting rampant in some of the ‘hood is not good.
Too much beating is NOT training a child.
Action->Consequence = 1 FORMAL swat, on the behind, over your knee. That’s training a child.
Yes, ghetto mothers have no training/example in being parents, but our tax dollars make sure that they can keep spewing out these untrained barbarians with no consequences to themselves.
