An adult who smears something on his rear, goes on the street pulling down his pants intentionally, and makes an ass of himself (pun intended) is might be vulgar, but I think it should be shown. Laugh at him, not with him. Who ever took this picture should print a picture of his face! This way his family, future employers, and the whole wide world can see what he chooses to be, what these people are. I’m all for printing this sort of stuff. Like Rosie, don’t censor it. Show the rest of America what they are about. That’s my point.
