Question: Are there any fish that could be added to a pond (1/2 acre) that would help with the destruction of algae?
The nutrients from fish feed the algae. Somehow the nutrients need to "eaten" by other sources such as pond plants. The more the merrier.
See if grass carp can do the trick, your county agent may help you.
